La Grande Coudrelle - countryhouse in Le Perche

Former bakery, renovated and separate from our house, situated on a large property with a few animals (ducks, chickens and, depending on the season, sheep) to the delight of children. I would like to point out that they are located at a distance from the dwelling and therefore do not cause any noise nuisance. The Perche is an ideal region if you are looking for a peaceful setting; there are no neighbours near the house, which allows you to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay.

1.5 hours from Paris, between Verneuil sur Avre and Mortagne aux Perche, this bread oven is part of a beautiful 18th century farmhouse, from where Percheron pioneers left to create New France (Canada). In a green and relaxing setting, lovers of the countryside will appreciate the charm of this comfortable cottage, located on the edge of the Perche state forest, where there are many monasteries including the Notre Dame de la Trappe abbey. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.
