Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir à Maison Bubertré. Entièrement rénovée en 2023, elle est le lieu idéal pour découvrir les charmes du Perche. Située dans un hameau à 5 min de Mortagne-au-Perche, la maison se compose de 4 chambres (lits doubles, possibilité de transformer la chambre bleue en 2 lits simples), à disposition 3 lits parapluies, 2 chaises hautes, table à langer, 2 salles de bains, grande cuisine ouverte sur salon avec cheminée, salon TV et 1 terrain de pétanque. Jardin arboré.

Venez vous détendre ou télétravailler en pleine nature ! Spacieuse, très confortable, la maison peut accueillir 7 personnes, plus un enfant. Elle est située à 900 m du centre-bourg, dans un hameau de 3 maisons en bordure de forêt, et permet de rejoindre les commerces de proximité (boulangeries, pharmacie...) à pied, et de partir direct en balade dans la forêt de Perche Trappe. Le tout à 15 min de Mortagne, à 2 heures de Paris via la N12, et à 10 min de la base de loisirs nautiques de Soligny.
