Super little weekend in this pretty cocoon, very cozy with very thoughtful decor and full of charm. Very well equipped, 2 steps from the Lot, everything was perfect! Charlène is available and very welcoming, we were also able to enjoy the excellent brunch from the tea room just above, and the pastries were to die for (the chocolate fondant ohlalalala)!! Just note that the stairs to get from the bedroom to the living room are quite steep. Otherwise really a great place to recommend!!

Herve was a great host from booking to during our stay. He was informative, helpful, and super friendly. His house is beautiful, in a great location within the centre of Montflanquin. Just a minutes walk uphill to the square where some amazing restaurants are. The house had everything you needed. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, condiments, washing up facilities. Brilliant open dining/living area upstairs. Stairs are very steep, but we knew this beforehand. downstairs (ground level) is really spacious, plenty of hangers,wardrobe space. bathroom has a large area to store toiletries. would highly recommend Herve and his place. We were welcomed by Didier one night. It was warm and thoughtful because he bought us a “survival kit” for breakfast and recommended us the exceptional places to visit…this area is a real favorite. The cottage is great, you feel at home very quickly with the spacious living room and its superb fireplace, the comfortable bedding, as well as the hot tub that served every day. The outside is amazing, it's in the middle of the quiet greenery, where crickets accompany our days and evenings. The cottage is equipped for children…toys, books, bikes, swings and slides. A stone's throw from the Château de Bonaguil, it's easy to enjoy one of the most beautiful castles in the area as well as the restaurant downstairs. Didier, thank you so much for this week, it was perfect!

This was a return to the Dordogne after a 25 year absence and it did not disappoint. It was a treat to stay in Ben’s wonderful property so close to the chateau at Beynac. The interior has been thoughtfully restored, remaining entirely in character with such a historic building but providing modern convenience. Its elevated position on the hillside is perfect for taking in the views and we especially enjoyed the terrace tucked at the back of La Maisonette which looks straight down and along the river. Thank you Ben - we had a great time.

We had a great weekend at Margaux's place. The accommodation is perfectly in line with the photos: clean, well maintained and very pleasant to stay in. The spa, as well as the charming cabin that houses it, is of high quality and invites you to relax. The garden, nicely landscaped and neat, is a real little haven of peace... and what a pleasure to see the little chickens frolic there freely! Margaux and her spouse are caring hosts, responsive and available. Communication was smooth from start to finish. The bed is very comfortable and the master suite is simply superb. Small downside: the proximity to a road brings a little noise, but it does not spoil the experience, as the place is pleasant. We'll be happy to go back! Everything perfect, very pleasant accommodation, excellent and perfectly equipped. The welcome is very cordial yet discreet. I would highly recommend it, especially since the area is very pretty.

From our initial enquiry Thomas was responsive and helpful. Upon arrival we were greeted by Thomas and felt straight at home. The house itself is equipped with everything you would need and the decor is lovely throughout. The area around the house is vast and there are many different spots to sit and relax. There is some traffic noise to be heard from the road. From the canoes sailing down the river to the hot air balloons and the incredible scenery, it’s just magnificent. The house is well situated near to dozens of local villages, gardens, castles, shops and restaurants. We weren’t short of anything to do for the 2 weeks we were here. Thank you for creating such a beautiful home in the Dordoigne.

Fantastic location for exploring Bergerac. Beautiful apartment with all of the comforts and conveniences you would expect. The hot tub is a real bonus.

The accommodation is located in the countryside, quiet; ideal for resting, even for a single night. The welcome by the owners was very friendly and having a cold beer in the refrigerator when we arrived was a nice little extra.

Pascal welcomed us with friendliness to this accommodation which perfectly matches the description given in the listing. 5 minutes from the historic center of Sarlat, this tastefully decorated apartment has all the comforts you need for a "cozy" stay at Sandrine and Pascal's. We would come back for a future stay in this beautiful Périgord Noir.

Sarlat was special to us! With Christmas approaching, it was complete. The city is small but charming! The Christmas market, very cheerful and welcoming, made a place in our hearts! It was a great place to choose and visit numerous sites in the region. The apartment is exactly as described. The cost-benefit was valuable to us. If I had known Sarlat before, as well as the apartment, I would spend Christmas there! It would have been magical! Thanks host! I'll be back if the world doesn't end first!
