Centrally located, 20 minutes from the beaches of Toulon, Hyères and Bandol. 5 minutes from the Revest dam. Bus stop a 5-minute walk away

Villa, 5 minutes from the city center

In town, cul-de-sac, quiet. Ideal for 4 adults and 4 children. Large living room and well-shaded terrace communicate through a very large bay window opening three quarters of the way. The interior and exterior then merge, providing a pleasant feeling of vast living space protected from the sun. Outdoor pool, foosball, ping-pong, bocce ball. Downtown, market, port and beaches nearby, 10 minutes by car, many parking lots. At least two parties. Festive evenings in groups are prohibited.

It is close to all amenities (2 km from the city center). Carqueiranne is an authentic Provençal fishing village far from tourist places. Your peace of mind will be assured. There is a shared path to our house to access it (50 m).

The completely new apartment, on the ground floor of our villa, is set on the sand, 10 meters from the first waves. Restaurants and the park are nearby. It's the perfect place for a relaxing or sporty vacation, with many opportunities for water activities and hiking or mountain biking.
