Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. We have good tips!

Wooden house located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac comprising 3 bedrooms to accommodate up to 7 people. Close to the most beautiful Landais surf spots and the charm of the Netherlandsque, as well as all the amenities: shops, services, playground, pétanque, pump track, bike paths, and free shuttle to the surrounding area. Linens and towels are rented, OFFERED from 3 nights . Anyone outside of the reservation is not allowed to sleep in the property .

Charm in the wild

The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

Let yourself be lulled by the sounds of nature in this haven of peace. Everything is there to spend an extraordinary stay, modern comfort, shops nearby, the ocean 10 minutes by car, located in the area of Hossegor, Seignosse and Capbreton. The calm of the countryside. Bonjour, Le logement est relié à la fibre. Le logement que nous proposons est récent et attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Les animaux ne doivent pas rester seuls dans le logement. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal.
