Studio in artist atelier 10km from the atlantic

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. We have good tips!

Espagne à 45 minutes 4 chambres ( 3 chambres doubles et une avec lits superposés) 2 salles de bain, grand séjour cathédrale. Boîte à clefs. Au calme mais non isolée, centre ville accessible à pied, comprenant boulangerie, boucherie, poissonnerie, Leclerc express, tabac. Wifi, lave vaisselle, lave linge, linge fourni, animaux acceptés Location en période scolaire 7 nuits minimum.

The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

Everything is there to spend an extraordinary stay, modern comfort, shops nearby, the ocean 10 minutes by car, located in the area of Hossegor, Seignosse and Capbreton. The calm of the countryside. Situated near Hossegor lake (500m) and near Seignosse beaches (700 from Estagnot beach), this studio flat is perfect for two people. Its balcony has a nice view over the pine trees. 5 minutes walk from convenience stores (bakery, restaurants, supermarket...). Its configuration: little room (bed 140cm, )bright living room (1 sofa) and balcony with table, equipped kitchen (nespresso machine, fridge, electric hob, micro wave, ...), shower room with toilets.

Bonjour, Le logement est relié à la fibre. Le logement que nous proposons est récent et attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Les animaux ne doivent pas rester seuls dans le logement. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal.
