Fully renovated house with heated pool, 10 km from the beaches of Hossegor. Designed for stays with friends or family, it offers large, bright spaces, 4 bedrooms (sleeping 7 people) and a terrace that is perfect for enjoying the sun. Swimming pool, sun loungers, outdoor dining area: everything you need to enjoy the indoors and outdoors from morning to night. The house also features a gym, which is a rare amenity in the area. Peaceful, yet close to beaches, restaurants and bike paths.

Casaloft- Loft (optional private Jacuzzi)

The loft is located in a quiet area at the back of our garden. Not overlooked. 3 min from shops, and 15 min from the beach (Hossegor/Seignosse) by car. You will have the choice of having an outdoor SPA/JACUZZI available for an additional fee (40 euros per night of booking, accessible until 1:00 a.m. Our animal friends are accepted according to their size. Wooden house located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac with 3 bedrooms to accommodate up to 7 people. Close to the most beautiful Landes surf spots and the charm of the Basque Country, as well as all amenities: shops, services, playground, petanque, pump track, bike paths, and free shuttle to the surroundings. Linens and towels are available for rent, FREE for stays of 3 nights or more. Anyone not on the booking is not allowed to sleep in the accommodation.

Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

Between the ocean and the countryside in the village of Tosse, many services nearby (on foot) pharmacy, supermarket, restaurant, post office, bus stop, children's playground, tobacco/newspapers... The forest, lakes, Hossegor, Capbreton, Seignosse le Penon accessible by bike via the bike paths as well as the golf courses in the region.

The "Le coeur de XANET" tree house, a unique, artisanal, fully insulated design, made by a local carpenter. We designed this property to offer you a break, a moment out of time. The wood offers all the exoticism you need. You will find all the comforts you want, in a "cabin spirit". Lots of light thanks to its many openings, facing the forest and the orchard. And we've also provided a private HOT TUB, for total relaxation!!
