The farmhouse is isolated on a hill, surrounded by nature, olive trees, a garden and woods. The guest house is an independent wing of the large farmhouse on two floors: 3 double bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom. The private pool is exclusively for those who rent the house (max 5 people) We do not rent single rooms. Barbecue area. Total privacy.

This apartament was part of a big property own by my family for generations, them started with a little touristic business 100 years ago and now I want to share again this space with you with the same intention. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
