Also suitable for family holidays, as it is close (50m) to a small secluded swimming area. Garden that has room for play, and a patio where furniture is available to be able to eat outside. Cycling distance(1,5 km) to camping with large swimming area, restaurant, kiosk, etc. There is a grocery store in Bergkvara(3km). However, Torsås(7 km) is not far away with a larger selection of shops.

The cottage is located right next to the Baltic Sea, outside Bergkvara located midway between Kalmar and Karlskrona with about 4 miles to each cities (about 25 minutes by car). The cottage was finished in 2022 and is 45 sqm + loft. The cottage has all the amenities you can imagine with sea views from all rooms. Bed sheets & towels can be rented at 15€/SEK 150 per set. 150m from the cottage there is also a swimming area with a sandy beach, swimming bridges and raft, as well as fantastic hiking trails both north and south.

In front of you is a charming and modern lake cottage with a unique location right next to the edge of beautiful Kalmarsund. Now you have the opportunity to enjoy our lovely paradise, which is located between two award-winning summer towns, namely between Kalmar and Karlskrona. The small house is located with a car journey of about 30 minutes to both cities. As you can imagine, there are plenty of different excursion destinations. If you extend your trip to Kalmar, you will also reach pleasant Öland.

Cozy summer cottage with fantastic location on Sweden's sunniest coast! Here you get a nice sea view as the cottage is located on a hill with only 50 meters down to the sea. The cottage is older but with a new, fresh kitchen. A stone's throw away, there is a small swimming area where you are usually alone to swim. If you are a smaller group, you can paddle out with the canoe and swim at one of the islands. In the area, there are many nice walking paths.
