Two balconies in different directions. Barbecue available for grilling and indoors there is a fireplace to burn in. Two single beds, a bunk bed and a sofa bed are available. Washing machine in the bathroom and shower with entrance from the outside. 30 minutes to Kalmar and about 45 minutes to Karlskrona. Grocery store is in Bergkvara about 2 km away. 24/7 and farm shop in Bröms.

A small paradise in the forest!

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. It is in the middle of the forest but still a short drive or bike ride to the village, where you will find both an Ica and a Coop, as well as a state liquor store, a paint store, and a flower shop. You are also conveniently located near the sea, with nice beaches for swimming. The house is an old cottage that has been renovated. The kitchen was completed in the summer of 2023 and is now fully modern and equipped for 6 people. The bathroom has been completely renovated Enjoy a nice day in the garden or on the terrace

Welcome to this fresh and cozy cottage in scenic Bergkvara, just a few hundred meters from the sea. Cozy plot with room for play, food and socializing. The cottage has 5 beds divided into two bedrooms. With a short walk, you are down at the swimming area, where there is also a kiosk, restaurant and mini golf. Torsås, where necessary shops are located, can be reached by car, about 10 minutes. Daily activities are close by such as a child-friendly beach, boat trip to Garpen lighthouse, hiking trails along the coast, etc.

Big house just off Kalmarsund, you have a sea view from the plot, and here you can spend "a life in the country!". There is a patio with a barbecue where you can spend warm summer evenings. If you want to swim, the swimming area is close by and just behind the house is a large playground, perfect for the kids! Cozy summer cottage with fantastic location on Sweden's sunniest coast! Here you get a nice sea view as the cottage is located on a hill with only 50 meters down to the sea. The cottage is older but with a new, fresh kitchen. A stone's throw away, there is a small swimming area where you are usually alone to swim. If you are a smaller group, you can paddle out with the canoe and swim at one of the islands. In the area, there are many nice walking paths.
