Surrounded by a green forest and tranquility, it is ideal for families and small groups, offering an entire floor with a balcony to enjoy the panoramic view of Turin and the Alps. The spacious apartment, designed in a typical Italian style, is equipped with a wooden and stone kitchen, a large living room with fireplace, and two bedrooms. L'appartamento, situato al primo piano e completamente indipendente, è ideale per momenti di tranquillità. A rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole: giardino privato con piscina stagionale, patio, barbecue e tavolo esterno (usufruibili nel periodo da maggio al 31 agosto);

Apartment with heated pool

The house is located in a small village at the foot of the mountains. We are 50 km from Ceresole Reale, in the heart of the Gran Paradiso National Park. The apartment is on the ground floor of a two-story building where my husband and I live on the upper floor. The entrances are separate. The pool is private, we usually use it in the evening, sometimes from 6 to 7 p.m., sharing an aperitif with guests. Otherwise, it's all yours! Usually on weekends we are not at home.

CasaD is a charming villa, an oasis of peace immersed in a fully fenced garden of approximately 1500 m2, surrounded by trees and lawns: ideal for a relaxing stay in nature. The swimming pool, for exclusive use, equipped with sun loungers, sofas, external shower and bathroom, is open from May to October. The WOOD HEATED OPEN AIR "Tinozza Finnish" hydromassage tub for a pleasant relaxing bath, IN ALL SEASON, under a sky of stars, is an experience not to be missed.

Located on the second floor of a property entirely dedicated to hospitality, the property offers comfortable and well-decorated spaces. Guests will be able to relax in the Wellness Center (not included in the price), whose access requires reservation. The property also includes a camper park area, ideal for those traveling freely.
