Really great, a very well placed accommodation to enjoy the beach and nearby cities Close to Valencia and Benicassim Excellent sea, clean and super warm Cristina is ultra responsive, it's very pleasant.

Spacious, comfortable, well equipped apartment perfect for our short break in Spain. Yes we do intend to stay again.

Perfect accommodation if you are looking for tranquility, proximity to several coves with few people at this time of year and an excellent outdoor patio if you have a pet, as was the case for us. Communication with José Antonio has been excellent from the first minute and everything has been easy both to enter and to leave. The house has everything you need to be comfortable, whether you decide to cook or simply enjoy the terrace while having a drink. We would like to repeat, especially because of how comfortable our dog has been, that it has been difficult for her to return to the reality of our apartment without a yard. In short, a good choice for a few days. It is not in the center of the town, but everything is quickly accessible. Recommended.

We loved our stay in Peñíscola! The apartment was just spacious enough for 3 adults and 1 kid, clean, and just steps from the beach with beautiful sea view and view of the castle (imo better than the most photos) . Perfect location for exploring the old town and relaxing by the beach. Great for families — peaceful and convenient. Plus free parking spot if you need one. We would definitely return!

Inmaculada’s place was fantastic. Very quiet & peaceful location right next to the sea. Beautiful restaurant right outside the complex and 5 minutes in the car to the local town. Inmaculada was very responsive & assisted us with check in & accommodated a late check out for us with no problems. Great host & stay, thanks again.

We had a great stay at Beatriz's place. The place is very spacious, comfortable and very welcoming. The terrace is very nice and the urbanization is very nice. As for the equipment, it does not lack anything, both in the kitchen and in the rest of the house. Everything was impeccable. The location is excellent for going to the beach and the village as well as the proximity of several supermarkets. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely come back.

Great stay by all means. Apartment is well maintained and had everything we needed for a smooth vacation. Along with that there's a dog beach right next to the house and a few cool spots to visit in the neighbour cities.

The house is great, very well equipped, very pleasant to live in with its large terrace full of plants and the small beach just below. The small coastal path allows for long walks without taking the car. Jaume is easily reachable and very friendly. A spot not to be missed

Everything was perfect. Right to the beach in quite place. House is awesome with everything we need.

The apartment is as described. Marc's kindness in explaining everything. The parking space is 10 points, even if it is not connected to the building. And the best thing is the location, right on the beach. Quiet. And if you don't want to walk a lot, there's a typical Spanish restaurant next door that we always ate at, excellent.

The apartment is fantastic. It's in an unbeatable location right in front of the beach. The views from the balcony are incredible. Communication with José has been optimal at all times. He has always been very attentive and helped us with everything we needed. We have no doubt that if we return to Peñíscola, we would return to this apartment. It felt like being at home.

This is the perfect location for Peniscola. Walkable to everything including the castle, restaurants and grocery. Ana was the best host even meeting us on the street and directing us to parking and our apartment. She also provided great dining recommendations! The apartment was perfect. Honestly even better in person than even the photos! views of the beach and castle were perfect. Our only negative is we didn't stay long enough!

Excellent location in perhaps one of the best developments in Alcocéber. In front of Playa del Moro. Bus stop at the door, small supermarket next door, very large and very quiet development. A good pool and a huge green area. The apartment is good, clean, large and with everything you need.

Marian has been attentive from day one! We had a very good stay in Peñíscola. He recommended the best restaurants in the area and several hidden and beautiful coves. The apartment is perfect for spending a few days as a couple and is located in the heart of Peñiscola. Anyway, highly recommended!!! :)

Carlos' house was just great for us with our two children. The beach access makes it particularly attractive and the garden with (play)meadow was perfect for our needs. You have everything you need on vacation and we were really completely satisfied and will certainly come back!!!

This is our first time in Oropesa, we loved it, to say that Pilar's apartment is fantastic, super clean, tidy and very cozy. Pilar and her husband were very nice and attentive to us. We felt right at home, very comfortable these 15 days. Without a doubt, we won't hesitate to repeat. We left with a heavy heart. Thank you very much for such a pleasant stay.

Lena's accommodation has been a delight. It is very comfortable and perfectly equipped. The hosts were so nice. We have all enjoyed a lot ( older and kids), both inside the house and its fantastic exterior.

We had a great two days here and the view was the absolute highlight. We have never lived so close to the sea and it was an indescribable feeling of space and freedom. The hosts responded quickly and helped us find a reliable airport transfer. We are more than super satisfied with our stay in Peñiscola!!
