Tamara, nuestra huesped, fue excepcional. Muy atenta, amable y respondiendo rapido. La casa esta bien. Ideal para una familia de 4. Tendrian que cambiar la lavadora-secadora, que no funciona bien y nos impidio lavar la ropa en condiciones. Hay una balda en el armario del dormitorio principal que tienen que arreglar.

What a wonderful stay! We very much enjoyed our time in Madrid and felt right at home at Maria Eugenia’s place. It was a great, open space and very comfortable! I would recommend to all! The area itself was in a great location, with everything just around the corner. Our host was very helpful in recommending local spots and so friendly. Thank you so much Maria Eugenia. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Madrid. The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the city, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and walking distance to almost anywhere in central Madrid. The apartment itself is clean, very spacious, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms including a large main one with both a shower and a bath, and has all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. It is also very quiet despite being in such a central location. Our family of four - including two small children - stayed at Gigi’s apartment for a month and had a wonderful time. The apartment was perfect for our needs. We especially loved that immediately upon exiting the building you would come onto a pedestrian street in the center of the city ready to start your day. We also greatly appreciated Gigi’s responsiveness and support throughout our stay. In sum, we loved our time and would stay here again during our next visit.

The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures, but pictures can't reflect how cozy is the apartment. Really bright. We feel really good in this place, was like home. Have all the amenities that you need. Just one block of Atocha street where you can find taxis, restaurants and markets. Almudena is an amazing host, she had been helping us with an issue that we had, and she was above and beyond. I really recommend her place.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is within walking distance of nearly every major spot in Madrid, yet the street feels private and peaceful — nights were quiet despite the central location. The space is spacious and full of character, with high vaulted ceilings, big windows, wooden floors, and a quirky, artsy decor which made it a lovely place for us and our kids. The communal areas had a great vibe, the kitchen was well equipped, and the whole place offered amazing value. Highly recommended — a unique and comfortable home base in the heart of the city!

Great location. No parking but you can drop off and park around the corner. Top of the street there is a plaza and restaurants. Up and then down to the left is a bigger plaza. The palace is about a 15 minute walk. You have to go to the rooftop bar at Riu Hotel. Incredible. 10 minute walk.

Très bon accueil par notre hôte Pedro, logement impeccable et bien équipé, avec petites attentions pour le petit-déjeuner. Predro est resté disponible et réactif. Très bien situé, nous recommandons vivement !

Che dire, tutto fantastico…sembrava di essere a casa! Eva molto disponibile, ha esaudito ogni mia richiesta. Quando è venuta per il check - in ha portato delle caramelle per i nostri tre bambini. Ogni qual volta le scrivevo su Wazzap venivo risposta nell’immediato. Se tornerò a Madrid la casa di Eva sarà il mio punto di riferimento….anche perché la Metropolitana sotto casa è impagabile! Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

Best friends travel Spain. Our first destination was Madrid and Carmela has an opinion book where she has all the information you need and other guests contribute. We got to learn about all the great restaurants close by etc. highly recommend. I would stay here again.

Enriques Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie war sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, Enrique hat sofort auf Fragen geantwortet.

L’appartamento è al secondo piano di un bel complesso residenziale, con presenza di portiere sia la sera tardi quando siamo arrivati, che la mattina presto, quando ce ne siamo andati; l’appartamento è adatto per quattro persone, con due bagni e cucina ottimamente attrezzata. Appena al di fuori del complesso residenziale c’è la fermata del bus numero 20 che porta in centro (Plaza del sol); e a 350 m distante, c’è la fermata metropolitana ( Conde de Casal) per arrivare in qualsiasi parte di Madrid. Francisco è stato molto disponibile ed attento alle nostre richieste e, tra l’ altro, parla bene l’ italiano.

Great apartment and nice pool area. Host was incredibly helpful and kind, allowing us to use to pool after check out. The only issue we had was that the WiFi wasn’t great, signal was often quite weak. Other than that it was fabulous!

José’s place is perfectly located near Sol, quiet enough despite the fact that it faces a street where currently there is some construction, and extremely clean, comfortable, and easy. He was very responsive and accommodating. A great experience, thank you José!

Una casa genial! Gema preparó la Pisicna para que pudiéramos usarla. Tiene un patio genial y comodídimo donde estuvimos súper agusto y la sorpresa que nos llevamos al ver que había tortuguitas 😊. Lo único que podría decir como malo, el calor se acumulaba en el piso de arriba por la noche. Se llega muy fácilmente y el acceso está muy bien explicado

Vicente est un hôte parfait, il fait tout pour qu on se sente bien. la maison est grande, nous étions 6 et c était impeccable ! il y a tout comme à la maison (serviette, gel douche, tous les ustensiles de cuisine et de quoi faire le petit déjeuner). Le métro est à 12min à pied et compter 50min environ depuis l appartement pour rejoindre le centre via le métro. vous aurez la quiétude en arrivant à l appartement. Terrasse super agréable !

Appartement très bien situé, proximité directe de la gare Chamartin (2min). L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel et agréable , la literie confortable . Je recommande à 100%.

Sitio muy bonito y acogedor. Dueños y guardeses muy agradables a nuestra llegada y checkout. Nos permitieron estar más tiempo después del checkout. Nos trajeron café como regalo. Todo genial
