Beachfront holiday rental in Torre Pedrera

Pros: -Amazing location (that's what you're paying so much for) -Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby -Clean/Smells clean, too, which is important -Quiet area -Responsive and nice host -Big living area Cons: -Some aspects could be updated, including the shower head and windows, but these aspects didn't ruin our stay. -Bedrooms and beds are quite small, but the beds and pillows are comfortable. -Laundry machine is very old but still works

Clean and easy to access beach nice space

We are very satisfied with our selection. Everything was great - beautiful view,very nice surroundings. The hostess was very friendly .

We (group of 6) had a wonderful stay at this spacious villa with stunning interior, like straight out of AD. This made staying in as tempting as the beach that was only a 2 minute walk away. We also spent significant time in the lovely and peaceful garden with furniture surrounding it, enabling you to pick your favourite spot. Nearby you also have plenty of patisseries, bakeries, restaurants and shops. The host was friendly, helpful and communicative. He had a Gardner who supplied us with mosquito repellent candles and instantly reset the padlock to the garden gate when it stopped working. He also arranged our sun loungers by the beach for a discounted rate. You’re only a 1 minute walk away from a bus stop that takes you into Rimini within just 10 minutes (1.50 Euros per journey). There’s also the Viserba-Rimini train station nearby. It was a perfect stay and we’ll be back!

The stay was just perfect! The apartment was super clean, well-furnished and exactly matched the photos. The location is great, close to public transport, restaurants and main attractions. Check-in was easy and the host was always helpful and friendly, ready to answer any questions. We really felt at home and can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!

A fantastic stay, the beach is right behind the house, shops and cafes next door, also the garden was incredibly beautiful, including a large private parking. All Italians are extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. And downtown would even be within walking distance to avoid the parking problem. The house is very spacious and cozy. The only downside: The house is unfortunately very clairaudient, from 5 o'clock you can hear the birds whistling. But overall my most beautiful vacation.

This place is a gem in Rimini!! Is right in front of the beach, walkable distance ti great restaurants, and it is beautiful. Fully recommend it!

Peaceful but close to everything’

We arrived with 3 men on 09/05/24 for the MotoGP. The key handover was easy, Marcella showed us the apartment and explained everything. Everything a person needs was available in good condition. The balcony overlooks the beach and sea. Restaurants and supermarket are within walking distance. The racetrack is 2 km away. On 09/10/24 we left, key on the table and done.

Our vacation at this place was very nice. The view from the balcony to the sea was wonderful. Easily accessible. The program and food in the bar/restaurant was also great, friendly and well chosen. The car was safely parked. Thank you and all the best to everyone.

Great apartment,with the right spaces and equipped with everything you need. Great location to get around on foot. Not used,but one more in the presence of the pool.

Stayed in one of his apartments for 3 nights. Very kind in answering all my questions and always available. Clean apartment, very comfortable for everything (beach, pedestrian area and supermarket) and with everything you need. I would highly recommend it!

Arianna's place is perfect! Very well arranged and equipped, a beautiful terrace with a view, in the middle of Marina centro and the beach in the immediate vicinity. We stayed at Mrs. Maria's apartment for 4 days, we had a really very good time, very friendly and helpful staff. We also had an inconvenience with the car that was removed from the parking lot where we had left it and the owner immediately gave herself to take us with her car to take her car to the deposit that was several kilometers away from the property. We thank the owner and all her staff so much and surely if we return to Riccione we will still stay here! Highly recommended!!!!

The apartment is in a beautiful and well-served area, the view is very evocative. There are clubs and restaurants below the house and the area is very lively even at night with music and entertainment. Very comfortable apartment exactly as shown in the photos. Stefano was very helpful and responsive to our needs. We will definitely be back

The house is clean and spacious. We had a very good time, the owner of the house was very kind and helpful with us. I had the pleasure of meeting Michela, who in addition to having cleaned the house also took me to the supermarket to do the shopping, we forgot the battery charger and she sent it to our home. We only stayed in two for only two nights,a holiday home as in the advertisement,equipped with everything you need for a long stay,comfortable on foot to the sea and restaurants. Very professional but friendly manuela, it makes you feel free in your home. I welcome this house and mark it for my future trips.

Silvia warmly welcomed us in a bright apartment in one of the very few private houses overlooking the sea: the large balcony offers a unique panorama that ranges from San Marino to Porto Garibaldi. We had a wonderful experience with the family, even in an already off-season period. Also recommended for families with young children.

Recently renovated accommodation. Thoughtful and functional decor. New, extra clean sheets and towels. Ability to use the washing machine and ironing. Stefania is friendly and present. Really a positive experience.
