Beachfront holiday rental in Torre di Bari

Great apartment and location. The apartment was as advertised. The location was first rate. It was close to the marina, where I’d highly recommend renting a boat or taking a guided tour to hit all the beaches. The beaches are amazing and touring the caves and hidden beaches was amazing. There are many restaurants nearby, notably a place right around the corner offering to go boxes for your hike or boat tour. We went in May and there were other tourists, but SMN didn’t feel “touristy.” The townspeople were very kind and accommodating. In summary, I highly recommend this property and will likely book again.

Pierpaolo is a wonderful host. We spent a fantastic week at his house with our two small children. Although we didn't meet him in person, everything was perfectly organized. There was no issue when we arrived later than expected. Pierpaolo gave us clear instructions on how to enter the house, and a welcome bottle of wine was waiting for us in the fridge! The house had all the necessary amenities and even more than we expected. Pierpaolo even asked if we needed a changing table for our 4-month-old, as he could easily provide one for us. I highly recommend staying here! The area is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle. It's about an 8-minute walk to the beach, just as described in the offer. Along the way, there's a small shop with a restaurant offering very good and affordable food. There's also a restaurant with a bar on the beach. For sure, to get around this area or do some shopping, you would need a car. Thank you Pierpaolo for hosting us :)

We had a wonderful and relaxing week in Santa Maria Navarrese. Loredana's apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood only about 5 min walk from the beach. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, very cozy and sparkling clean. Everything is brand new. The summer heat at noon can be perfectly escaped through the A/C in all rooms. From cozy beds to a fully equipped kitchen, everything is perfect. But on an Airbnb rental, the most important thing last!!........ that's of course the hostess :-). Loredana!! She is a fantastic host...!! We had caused damage in the kitchen... how confident and warm she reacted was already extraordinary ... Grazie Loredana

Everything about this place is perfect. Location, communication, huge bathroom, everything you need in kitchen, balcony looking over the sea. Will book again upon return to area. Thanks for having us Aussie’s.

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

A dream surrounded by nature! We were lucky and were able to spend the first few days almost alone on the small property. That was really beautiful. When all apartments are occupied, it is a bit fuller and louder. But the location compensates for everything. Vacation with a 1.5 year old child worked great here. Playground is nearby and the garden invites you to explore!

We had a fantastic stay! Our host was exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The flat was very nice—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and clearly well maintained. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for everything!

Marco's apartment/house is very nicely located on the upper slope, is equipped with a wraparound terrace and has a great view. It was all very clean as well as well and newly furnished. The area around the pool is also very nice, which we liked to use. We also found it very nice that the beach was within walking distance. This allows you to go to the beach again in the evening, which offers a very nice atmosphere and atmosphere. Overall, Marco's place is a nice base for a successful family vacation! However, you should know that the accommodation is the upper floor of a two-story house, of which the lower is also inhabited. The entrances are separate, but you are not alone in the accommodation. We were not aware of this fact from the description and we probably wouldn't have rented it then. But it was still a nice week and we can definitely recommend the place.

To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at this holiday villa in Sardinia. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine, fridge freezer, air conditioning, and a variety of utensils, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The villa was incredibly quiet and relaxing, providing the perfect getaway atmosphere. One of the highlights was its proximity to the beach and the Shardan café/restaurant, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline and local cuisine. Additionally, Domenica was always just a text message away, ready to offer any help or advice we needed, which was a great comfort. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed holiday spot in Sardinia.

We just had a great stay at Dominique's place. The house, within a serviced apartment, was a pleasant surprise, very clean, well-appointed and a nice view of the sea and the swimming pool. It provides all necessary amenities. On the residence itself we cannot be objective because having stayed at the end of October, nothing was open. Foxi manna beach is a 3kms drive away, one restaurant bar was still open. This is the closest beach to the residence with fine sand. We'd love to come back in high season. The place is located in a quiet area, with a pool and a cove 3 min walk. It has tennis courts, soccer, volleyball. It is necessary to hire linens and towels if they do not take them. Access is very good. There is a parking just alado but you have to move the luggage by hand about 50 meters since it is a pedestrian area and the car does not access the house. It has air conditioning, which is greatly appreciated. The water is not drinkable almost anywhere on the island, so you have to buy before you go. If no food is brought there is a bar right in the development for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But it is advisable to stop as you leave the airport at some supermarket. Anyway there are shops in urbanizations nearby within a 5 min drive. But you should look at the times because it closes at noon. There is a community pool with 3 other houses. Very quiet and relaxing.

Lovely place to stay.

Excellent stay for a very relaxing 11day holiday with 2 children. Place perfect for the children with additional amenities like night lights which was great. Pool shared with 4 other villas but only 1 other villa occupied and practically had to ourselves. The View from the garden and pool was stunning, better than the pictures! Very clean and comfortable villa with air con, great outdoor space, walking distance to the sandy beach (with children age 5 and 3 15-20mins). Beach was perfect for children. Rocky beach 5minutes from the villa but the sandy beach was much better. Fully equipped kitchen and excellent outdoor BBQ space (we bought our children’s plastic plates/cups after asking Valentina). Surprised no wifi available and the phone signal was quite intermittent. Valentina was very friendly, proactive, answered questions straight away and had great recommendations. We felt comfortable from the beginning, the communication with Sylvianna was quick and very informative. She gave us tips on where to go for traditional food and where to find the best beaches. The beaches were at most a 15-minute drive away, be sure to take a boat tour to the famous bays, we highly recommend the accommodation

The apartment is fantastically located – just a few steps from the beach and in the middle of a large, well-kept garden, which is completely available. It is stylish and furnished with great attention to detail – you immediately feel comfortable and can relax wonderfully. The private parking spot is also a plus. The proximity to nature and the quiet surroundings are particularly beautiful. A small disadvantage is the noise level – unfortunately, you can hear a lot from the neighbours. Those who are sensitive should bring earplugs. Overall, however, a wonderful place that we would like to recommend and will come back!

New, modern apartment, good shower and comfy bed. Loved having the balcony and appreciated having a cool bag provided. Cala Gonone is a lovely spot to explore the coast. We also hiked to the canyon at Gorropu . Some earlier comments said that check in was tricky but Margarita gave us very clear instructions with photos which were easy to follow. Parking was easy near the apartment

Such a beautiful location. We were met in person , and shown around the apartment. It was very comfortable, we were given welcoming drinks and cake. The best feature is the spacious balcony, where we spent a lot of time enjoying the view. We would definitely recommend this apartment

The lovingly furnished and perfectly equipped family house in the countryside with a beautiful view of the sea. The small roof terrace offers a 360-degree view and is an additional highlight. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is perfect for a quiet break. If you want to make excursions to distant beaches, you should plan additional travel times, as you first have to drive out of the bay over the mountains.
