Our comfortable recently-renovated house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. Every room and the outdoor spaces have unique views of the village, nature, or the sea. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else that you wish. We will help you arrange it. The Pandemic taught me a new way of hosting by organising the apartment as ideal base to work remotely with High Speed Fiber Internet and desk, using cleaning products approved by the health and safety ministry, having aircon/ heating system deep-claeaned and subsequnetly certified by a specialised firm. My house is small but cozy and bright, it has all the comforts, but what makes it really special is the beautiful view. Please note that the neighborhood is located on a hill, so the road is always uphill to get there! But at the same time, this location is strategic for quickly reaching the tourist area, all the attractions, the port, the station, and the buses.

The dining room and a bedroom are air-conditioned. Masua Beach and Portu Cauli are approx. 5 minutes away.
