Monthly Rentals in Torre Colonna-Sperone

Very nice place to stay, incredible hospitality, within walking distance of a beautiful beach (not crowded). Perfect place to discover Palermo and its surroundings.

We enjoyed a quiet few days at Marco’s place. The outdoor area is beautiful and there was no one around in any of the neighbouring villas so very private. There was a lot of space inside and out. The beach is rocky so water shoes are helpful, and it does get pretty deep quickly but we enjoyed swimming daily. The tunnel to get under the roadway and to the villa is tight, about 6ft wide as the listing mentions, we just managed to get our rental car through (Citron C3) buy pulling the mirrors in. But there is parking on the main road if you can’t get in. Marco was very quick to respond and provided a lot of local recommendations. It was under an hour to both Palermo and Cefalu; a great quiet spot if you want some peace and quiet.

Salvatore and Antonio were super easy to reach and even communicate in good English. The place is super clean and easily accessible. Perfect for a trip to Cefalu, Palermo or the surrounding area. And I really liked Santa Elia. In the end, we even got oranges and lemons as a gift that we were allowed to take with us. The view from the balcony to the sheep pasture, olive trees and the sparkling sea is magnificent. Everyone is totally friendly and super child-friendly. Our baby was even provided with extra toys, a high chair and crib in the apartment. Thanks for a very great time! Absolute recommendation :)
