Each bedroom opens onto a large terrace with panoramic views ranging from the mountains to the sea. It is located in the countryside, about 3 km from Altavilla Milicia and halfway between Palermo and Cefalù. There are no through roads to disturb the tranquility of nature.

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

Its location allows you to reach the beach of Torre Normanna in a 10-minute drive in a beautiful stretch of coast, the Lido Sporting and the seaside village of San Nicola L'Arena, where in its marina you can rent boats and dinghies.
