Granatelli Holiday Home

Granatelli Holiday Home is an apartment with two air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, coffee maker, refrigerator, kettle, and dishes), and a bathroom with a large shower. Each bedroom opens onto a large terrace with panoramic views ranging from the mountains to the sea. It is located in the countryside, about 3 km from Altavilla Milicia and halfway between Palermo and Cefalù. There are no through roads to disturb the tranquility of nature.

Casa Villea - Big terrace with sea view

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

The Lemon Garden

The house is located within an estate planted with olive trees and citrus groves, ideal for those who want to be in touch with nature without giving up the conveniences of a town. On the approximately 10-hectare estate, there are two Corso dogs accustomed to roaming and interacting with guests. If you're not comfortable with dogs, this is not the accommodation for you. The pool is shared with my family and will be accessible starting in May.

Olivaus villa with swimming pool a few km from the sea

Olivaus is located in the territory of Altavilla Milicia in the Sperone district, within a 7-hectare olive grove and surrounded by 2 pine forests that give the house an “Alto Adige” feel. Its location allows you to reach the beach of Torre Normanna in a 10-minute drive in a beautiful stretch of coast, the Lido Sporting and the seaside village of San Nicola L'Arena, where in its marina you can rent boats and dinghies.

Seaside house just 4 km from the centre of Cefalù and 1 km from Sant’Ambrogio. The house is part of a complex of terraced houses located just a short walk from the sea. The beach it overlooks is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt in the area, characterised by pebbles and gravel. The seabed is almost entirely made up of very fine sand (but this may change depending on storm surges). In short, a real beach house!!!

The Deep Blue

The very comfortable apartment consists of a large living/dining room and kitchen, where the main features are two large windows, overlooking a spectacular sea view, a bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom and a bathroom. A few steps from the apartment you can reach 'the cove', a natural inlet of extraordinary beauty. Sant'Elia is a unique, very charming seaside village where it seems that time has stood still.

Villa Nico is an ancient 19th century farmhouse, wisely restored by the architect Nicolò Chiavetta. The Villa has a modern and welcoming style and includes all the comforts: swimming pool, jacuzzi and sea view. Located just 200 meters from the sea, it is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday or simply as a base for visiting the entire coast from Palermo to Cefalù.

Just few kilometers away from Palermo, the house is at the base of a mountain, surrounded by greenery, in a peaceful and relaxing place. Just few meters away from the house, a large terrace with swimming pool overlooking the sea (which is about 1.5 km) where a ancient Norman tower stands out.
