Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Torquay - Jan Juc

We had a wonderful stay at this airbnb with extended family. The set-up of the home with bedrooms on 3 levels and 3 bathrooms meant that everyone could also have privacy and their own space. Kitchen and pantry were very well equipped and backyard was secure and pet friendly. Nice, peaceful location and a close drive to all amenities or a short walk. Instructions were clear for check in and hosts were very responsive to any messages. A great spot to stay in Torquay!

Matt’s house is one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. The house was massive, no hassle with keys or lock boxes, and Matt sends a document with every detail you’ll need about the house and appliances. Again thank you very much Matt for opening your home to myself and my friends!

Charleson was the perfect location for a family holiday. The home was clean, spacious, and beautifully renovated, equipped with everything you need to arrive and instantly relax. We only wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the fireplace, spend more time unwinding in the backyard, and play a few rounds of pool. The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive throughout our stay. If we return to Torquay, we would absolutely choose Charleson again. Thank you to the entire team—your efforts were truly appreciated

Lucy’s place was absolutely perfect! The house was beautifully lit, spotless, and incredibly well-maintained — everything felt fresh, clean, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. It was also super dog-friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable for our 2 furry family members. The host was fantastic — warm, responsive, and made sure everything we needed was provided, with clear instructions for check-in, appliances, and amenities. Every little detail was thought of. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to the beach, making it ideal for both relaxation and daily adventures. Hands down, this is one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could. Already looking forward to coming back!

We visit to surf bells beach every year and always stay here. Best little cosy place, very short drive to bells, or Torquay. Affordable and has everything you need. Trish is very responsive and easy. Thankyou for always having us Trish! Highly recommended 🙌

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property! Our host went above and beyond by giving us a full tour of the house upon arrival, making us feel right at home. The attention to detail and hospitality truly made it feel like we were staying at a private villa. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, and the ambiance was just as lovely as the photos (if not better!). We highly recommend this host and would love to stay here again in the future. This was our 4th stay in the property and it never fails to deliver. Great location where you can just park the car and walk to everything Torquay has to offer

Decided to do a spontaneous weekend away with my siblings and partner and this home was the most perfect place for us to stay! It was extremely clean, easy to get to, beautifully decorated, very accessible for anyone with any needs and so COZY!! Most importantly Eliza is an amazing host, she is very attentive and responsive. No ask was too big nor small & there was a solution for everything! Being a 5 minute walk to the beach is amazing despite the weather ( just means we have a reason to return) It was unfortunately raining during our spontaneous weekend away, so we were unable to utilise the fire pit, however I can imagine how beautiful it would be to use on a day it isn’t bucketing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & look forward to returning again soon! This is definitely a place a consider!!

Lovely place to stay in a prime location. The view was great too, being able to see the beach from the property. Close to all the local shops, and the place was a lot larger than anticipated. Thank you for the incredible stay. Will definitely return.

My stay was within excellent proximity to Belmont, where I had work training. Just short walk to local restaurants and the local coles. Plus some excellent cafes that make pretty good coffee. My room was very clean and had everything that I needed for my stay.

Our weekend at Roderick's place in Anglesea was amazing. The accommodation was in a perfect spot and it was so easy to locate and check in - walking distance to beach, shops and amazing places to eat. Roderick was very responsive to every need we had and the unit itself was warm and cozy. We could not have asked for more for our weekend stay. We will definitely come back again if the opportunity arises.

Louise is an excellent host and her place is fantastic for a quick getaway. My partner and I were made to feel very welcome by Louise and her dog Reggie. Great for a quick trip from Melbourne

We’ve stayed at many places in Torquay and Wambiri is by far the best location with access to the beach, walking tracks and cafes right at your door! Would stay again.

We had a great stay here. The place felt cared for, and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. The furniture and bedding are quality. As it is an apartment you can hear the neighbours pretty clearly, but it was not an issue overnight. I would recommend Melissa's place.

Perfect for our two families. Having the pool and kids playground just outside the house was great. We were also surprised by how quiet it was in the area. The place was very well set up and had everything we needed. A perfect place to stay and loved that the front room was a bit separated from the other two. It meant our kids didn't wake eachother up. Would recommend.

I highly recommend this place for its style, location, and the host's responsiveness. The living area is enormous, beautifully styled, and it feeds to a spacious balcony. Despite it sitting above a cafe it's very peaceful and quiet. The location was perfect.

Alicia was a great host, super responsive and the location is amazing. We came for the marathon and the start was literally straight down the hill.
