Great stay, super cute place, everything as described.. Snacks and bottles of water were included which was a nice surprise. Very quiet. I highly recommend James studio.

Raymond was the best host I ever had. He was so accommodating with our early check in and offered a late check out which was so kind. Raymond was so responsible to all my questions and requests. Raymond’s house is located at a great location. We can walk to the beach, walk to the restaurants and markets and his house is also located close to the downtown and the train station. My friends and I loved staying at Raymond’s. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and we loved the neighborhood. We would love to come back.

We came to the Santa Barbara area for my son's college graduation from UCSB. It was so fun to cook, eat, relax, and play together at this house. The decor was delightful. Everything inside was thoughtfully provided. We used the wagon to lug chairs, umbrellas, and toys to the beach. It was a pleasant 10 minute walk. We loved the ice cream shop 2 doors down. The wrap around deck was great for hanging out and reading, chatting or watching others play corn hole or bocce ball.

perfect location in Montecito! Very short walk to both the village and butterfly beach. The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious, and the backyard is so serene! The 101 is not at all too loud- it’s like gentle ambient noise- our newborn baby slept very comfortably and easily here! 😁 our family would absolutely return again! thanks Sara for sharing your beautiful space!

Julie’s place is amazing!!! Better than expected. College friend reunion. We really enjoyed the pool and the yoga studio and outdoor area. Julie is a delight!

Website was very accurate in all accounts. Host lives upstairs but never heard or saw them. Place was clean, very private and quiet. We needed a quiet retreat and this place didn’t disappoint. Also not far from places to go to in Montecito.

The house was immediately comfortable and welcoming. Clean and updated. New shower is notably nice. Location is great - a few minutes walk to center of Montecito and to the beach. And yet easy access to Route 1 - amazing that it is quiet with no road noise. Kitchen works well. Had everything we needed and higher quality equipment. Only challenge was eating space for 4 since the table is wonderfully big and sturdy but against the wall and not easily moved. Bathrooms were good. Newly renovated was great; one with king bed was clean and good. Laundry option was helpful. Outdoor spaces are great. Front yard with shaded table was great for warm CA breakfast or end of day snack. Both yards have fruit trees which is very cool for an East Coast visitor. Outdoor areas are private and quiet, which again is a nice surprise for a compact neighborhood. Overall - great place to stay if doing the Santa Barbara area and want to do town, beaches or hike in the hills!

Lance’s house is BEAUTIFUL. Loved the location. The yard was perfect, my puppies absolutely loved it. Thank you so much for hosting our little family, it was an amazing weekend.

The property is stunningly stylish and perfectly situated along Ventura’s vibrant Main Street. Whether you’re planning an extended stay or a weekend getaway, this home is an ideal choice. Our pets may have loved it even more than we did! We’re incredibly grateful to Kerri for her gracious hospitality, especially toward our furry companions. 10/10, highly recommend!

The house and the location were perfect! When we come back to Ventura this is where we’ll stay again. Everything was clean and our kids were happy with the games provided outside. This house made our vacation!

Our stay in Santa Barbara was very enjoyable. The location of the Airbnb was excellent because of the proximity to State Street and all that it offers. Although the apartment was quite small, it functioned well. The coffee was absolutely delicious and boxed water much appreciated! The bed was soft and the bedding lovely. The apartment is on a relatively busy street but at night it was extremely quiet. I'm usually sensitive to noises at night but for the two nights we were there, I slept extremely well, as did my husband. The cost of the apartment was steep but it seems like every place in Santa Barbara was expensive. I definitely would recommend the apartment if you want to be near State Street.

I loved my stay here! My friends and I had a perfect weekend get away! Very close to the downtown area and they gave awesome food recs. The view from the patio cannot be beat on a clear day. The furniture was awesome as well. My friends and I slept so well, it was maybe one of the best beds that I've slept on in a long time. Close driving distance to the beach, was a very seamless experience.

Paul’s place was great for us on our 10 day road trip. The place is clean and quiet. We loved the area. We will look Paul up next time we are in the area.

We had a perfect romantic weekend in Santa Barbara, and this place made it truly special. The space was beautifully decorated with great style—spacious, full of natural light, cozy, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed, from thoughtful amenities to a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to East Beach, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Our host, Jane, was fantastic—responsive, kind, and full of helpful suggestions for local restaurants. She made everything easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

Eileen’s place is an absolute dream. Beautiful condo that is bright, clean, and comfortable. Steps away from a gorgeous beach and picturesque town! Eileen was super communicative and provided clear instructions. I’d love to visit again!

Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!

Hosts are very friendly, respond rapidly. Place is super clean, and well organized. If I could give the hosts and this place 10 stars I would. Definitely recommend this beautiful peaceful place. Look forward to staying again in the future.

This place is the best location, walking distance to state street, funk zone, and the harbor. Very easy to find. I have already recommended to my family and I look forward to staying when I’m back in SB!
