The vacation home was completed in 2018. It is located on a farm in the northernmost part of Gelsenkirchen. All attractions, such as Movie Park, Zoom Adventure World, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpine Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten and many more can be reached quickly. Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

On the 1st floor of our house we offer an apartment of about 28 m². Up there, a staircase must be used. In addition to TV, there are also games and books available in the living area. The kitchen includes microwave and fridge as well as kettle, coffee maker toaster . The bathroom with shower and toilet is equipped with a bathroom laundry. The outskirts of the house, apart from nearby highway connection, offers good opportunities for cycling and hiking, e.g. in the neighboring wildlife park.

The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park. The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house.
