Holiday houses in Torcé-Viviers-en-Charnie

We stayed one evening, one night + a full day in this lovely house for a bachelorette and everything was perfect. There were 10 of us and we had a lot of space as the house is very large. Convenient key exchange because key under box and Mathieu allowed us to stay the whole day the next day so we enjoyed the calm of this house. We had a small problem because more hot water: I warned Mathieu who was very responsive and arrived right away to repair the outage. Too bad the pool is not heated because we wanted to go there but the weather was not favorable in this rainy April😅. In any case thank you: the future bride as well as all the guests were delighted with my reservation ☺️

Very nice accommodation, we arrived at the same time as the owner was going out. I found it very friendly, indeed she had come back to make sure the pellet stove was full, and put a log back in the fireplace so that we were warm. Everything is clean. The spa part is really good. We were able to stay together with a sometimes different activity, sauna, jacuzzi and aperitif/ board games on the couch. The rooms are nice. No noise. And thank you for the little touches in the morning. We hope to be back soon. Thank you.😊

Very friendly, great communication from Damien with almost instant response to messages. A warm welcome to their property, waiting for us to arrive and then to show us around and hand the keys over. The place was very clean and tidy and just as described. The property was compact and comfortable, ideal for myself and my wife. The separate annex bedroom was also clean and tidy (used by my nephew & his girlfriend). The private off road parking with electric security gate was particularly welcome, having driven down to Le Mans in our classic sports cars. And to cap it all, it was an easy drive down to the car park to watch the racing at Indianapolis and Arnage Corner. I would certainly recommend it and would be very pleased to stay there again another year. Thank you.

House where nothing is missing, very clean and pleasant. spacious room with each their dirty bath which is great. all equipment for children or babies available.

Our hosts were very welcoming, available and attentive if needed. They did their best for good communication despite learning French in development. Their property gives way to a totally private stay for their visiting hosts, our three nights spent were in complete privacy without even worrying about their presence in the neighborhood (none overlooked). the facilities are such that we do not have to cross paths, even for a wooden refill. attentive and friends of animals, we were very pleasantly welcomed in this very beautiful quiet residence, in full autonomy. Great home that I would highly recommend. Thanks again for offering this property.

We booked for a one night stay in Le Mans to take in the sites and enjoy a visit to the 24 Hours track. Cathy communicated to us a race and events taking place at the track so we could include it in our plans. Cathy was an excellent communicator and very flexible, allowing us to check in early so we could enjoy our short time in Le Mans. The property is centrally located, an easy walk to the track, convenient location near transit and grocery store in a very peaceful setting. The property was better than the pictures, obvious that much work has been put into the home. Parking was convenient, which is as very nice as we parked the rental and walked. A great stay and many thanks to Cathy!!!!
