Great place minutes from Wrightsville Beach. Beautiful house. It was very quiet. I would recommend to anyone.

My wife and I wanted to try somewhere different since we normally go to the beach in Atlantic Beach. We decided to try Topsail. What a great decision. Missy's place was fantastic!! We found it to be exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to local restaurants and activities. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach. And the VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR!! Missy was a great host. She was very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend it and will for sure be back ourselves. The only negative from our stay was having to leave!!

I hated giving the cleaniness a 4 because it wasn't Gerald's fault: i forgot that North Carolina is a bug infested state as a whole. There wasn't an infestation so the place was cleaner than most! The house was perfect for two people: there's plenty of room and amenities. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom wasn't working but it wasn't a deal breaker and i managed. The location was perfect for visiting family, who just so happened to not live too far away, and everything that we wanted to do was within a reasonable driving distance. Thr next time we come to Jacksonville, we hope that this place is available! Also, Gerald was very friendly and responded within the hour if not less, which was very appreciative.

My family really enjoyed our stay! The location was an easy walk to the beach, and the beach was private, quiet, and family friendly. The listing was very accurate, and the kitchen had everything that we needed to feel at home during our stay. Donald was easy to get in touch with and answered questions quickly. We would come back again!

This was the absolute perfect place for me, my daughter, and father in law. Not only were we there to visit the beach, but also to visit my son who is a student at UNCW. The location to the beach access was amazing and we also had a super short walk to the Oceanic restaurant and Sunday's for a quick coffee, smoothie, beer, or glass of wine. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well stocked! Neighbors below were friendly and told us to ask if we needed anything. I absolutely will stay here again as I am planning many more visits to see my son!

easy beach access. had a little problem that was addressed right away. Our experience was very nice. would stay there again without hesitation. all 3 couples commented on how comfortable the beds were.

5 Star stay for long weekend. Pictures display a truly classy comfy townhouse that smells lovely and has everything you need. Bedrooms are spacious and linens are very comfortable. Perfect home with perfect location to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Easy and clear instructions for check in and check out. Thank you John and Katie for our enjoyable experience. Very inviting home! Great proximity to the beach with ALOT of beach supplies and needs! The “Supply” closet was a wonderful added bonus (especially the plethora of beach towels). You can tell the owners have put a great deal of thought into anticipating the need of their renters - Thank You!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The home itself was stunning—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The pool was a highlight for us, perfect for relaxing after the beach. Speaking of the beach, it was just a short walk away, which made it so convenient to come and go as we pleased. We also rented a golf cart, which was a fun and easy way to explore the area. We visited some great local shops and restaurants nearby—it really made the whole experience feel like a true vacation. This place was well worth the price, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We felt lucky to find this beautiful townhouse on Wrightsville Beach and it was still better than expected! A perfect 3 bedroom setup and amazing ocean views! It’s definitely one we’ll be returning to!

We enjoyed this place so much!!! Only struggle we had was the stairs, my parents are older and I have joint issues, so it was hard on us, but this is no fault to the owners!!! Beautiful area, beautiful beach!!!

The house was perfect for our stay. We were right on the beach which was so nice with grandkids. The house had tons of games to play which was really nice. The kitchen was well stocked and all the beds were comfy. The house was very clean which is really appreciated. We had a great stay, thank you!

We had a fantastic stay. The house is right on the end of the island and has one of the best views I have ever had at a beach house rental. Given it was right on the inlet where currents can be strong, we did not swim directly infront of the house (though others were) and went down the beach a bit to get in the water. It was great being able to walk around to the sound on the beach in the other direction. The house was clean, you would not have known that it was animal friendly given the lack of animal hair around. The hosts communicated quickly and were gracious enough to let us in 30 minutes early when we arrived on the island too soon.

Nicole's place at the beach is great! Spotlessly clean, beautiful views, and a very responsive host!

This was a great place for a young family. Very walkable to the beach (5 minutes) and loved their outdoor shower with hot water and their stash of beach chairs, toys, etc. Very clean and only wish the living and eating areas were a tad bigger. Tips for future guests: 1- Daybreak Donuts is a must- we ended up going every day and it’s less than half a mile away! 2- Parking at beach access is highly enforced. We got a ticket within ten minutes as we were unloading gear so keep someone with the car if you plan on unloading and walking back like we did. 3- Keep the master bedroom door open or else it gets pretty hot. Overall great experience and would gladly stay again!

Andrea’s place was perfect for our girls trip! So close to the beach (with private access) and about a 15-minute walk from dining and the pier. We loved being able to use the beach chairs, and the decks off the house were great for lounging. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware, and we appreciated Andrea providing trash bags, soap, etc. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at the Boho Chateau this past weekend! It is very conveniently located in a super cute neighborhood which was perfect for all of the family events that were happening in the area. The backyard was peaceful and private so we even got to do a little meditation and sunbathing! Thank you to Brooke for providing this cute place, for being a great host, & available to us if we ever needed you!

The view is impeccable, the house is spacious as well as spotless, the atmosphere is serene. My mother and I wanted a quiet getaway, and we got exactly that. On an interesting note, there is some occasional noise of a very particular type. Camp Lejeune is right across the bay so you may hear some distant artillery testing and fly-bys of military helicopters. The sounds from these were infrequent and non intrusive, being pretty distant. I found it intriguing and even entertaining. My mother and I brought our own cooking ingredients and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen supplies such as pots and various cooking utensils. We never wanted for anything. My mother would sit by the window to enjoy the view while doing her embroidery. I used one of the kayaks twice, and appreciated the supplied life jackets. I thoroughly enjoyed the calm waters. My favorite thing to do during my stay was to sit by the water watching the birds catching fish and reading books. We hope to come again!

We had such a great time staying here! The home was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The walkable beach access made it so easy to enjoy the ocean any time we wanted, and the quiet neighborhood was perfect for relaxing. The views were absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. Being surrounded by beaches really gave us the best of both worlds! You could take a peaceful walk along the shore or jump right in and splash around in the water. It was the perfect getaway spot. We’d definitely love to come back. Our stay here was wonderful! The house was well laid out, and really fit our needs well. We had 9 people in our group but needed a lot of separate sleeping space. It worked great. The views from the balcony were amazing, the walk to the beach easy, the kitchen well stocked, and parking appropriate. We will be back!

Birdies and Beaches was a beautiful place to stay at. The layout worked well for four adults. The kitchen was laid out nicely and well stocked with supplies and cooking utensils, pots and pans. When we come back to the area, we will check availability here first, before looking elsewhere.

Perfect and very quiet location with peaceful views and easy beach access. Beds are comfy. An issue arose when the community had a water issue. Hosts were responsive, gracious, and offered a fast solution. Great stay!
