Townhouse holiday rentals in Topsail Beach

Book this place!! We had such a great time at the beach and in this Airbnb. Our group was comprised of 3 couples and 2 infants and we were so comfortable! We stayed for 4 nights and made all of our meals with ease - one of the best equipped kitchens I've stayed in. We loved the location, truly a 3-5 minute walk to the beach (depending on how much you're carrying!), and a great view of the Sound. The Airbnb was bigger than I expected and having 2.5 bathrooms was great for our group size. Highly recommend!!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Marooned Five as a family of five and we all love it! Our 2 younger kids love the loft and my older kid loves the second bedroom to himself. It’s not easy finding room for everyone when we travel but we don’t have to worry about it when we stay at David and Kris’ place. The two golf carts give us flexibility to split up and we also love riding bikes on the island. Marooned Five comes with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We have stayed here during the off season and prefer it but will also be back during the summer season. Some of our favorites to do here: climb Old Baldy, eat at Jules and Jailhouse, beach days, have a date sans kids at Bald Head Bottle, visit Turtle Central and complete their scavenger hunt around the island. We went to Sunday service at the Chapel and had breakfast afterwards at The Boathouse. We shopped at the Maritime shops and scheduled a guided kayak tour (that was canceled due to rain). But we’ll be back!

My wife and I wanted to try somewhere different since we normally go to the beach in Atlantic Beach. We decided to try Topsail. What a great decision. Missy's place was fantastic!! We found it to be exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to local restaurants and activities. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach. And the VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR!! Missy was a great host. She was very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend it and will for sure be back ourselves. The only negative from our stay was having to leave!!

This place is amazing. When I have to stay at other places, I always hold them to Rob's standards and they hardly ever meet those. His place is clean and convenient. It's literally about 6 steps to the ocean. I think my favorite thing is the two decks facing the ocean. You could just sit there for hours and enjoy the scenery. Plenty of space to just hang out and chill. All that you would ever need in a kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. I straight up don't want to stay anywhere else but here. Thank you Rob for another perfect stay!

This is the 2nd consecutive year we’ve stayed here for our annual girls trip! We usually go to a different beach each year but we came back to Kure because we liked this house so much. I really can’t say enough good things about it. Super convenient to the beach so our group can come and go as they please. It’s very comfortable, clean, spacious and we feel very safe here. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance but this year we drove 10 minutes to Carolina Beach which was also very easy and convenient. Michelle is very communicative and responsive. Couldn’t ask for a better host!

Robyn’s place was everything we asked for and needed for our yearly family vacation to Kure beach. The place was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Being steps away from the ocean made this stay so special. The balcony upstairs was a wonderful bonus for early morning coffee and watching sunsets. Our group had a wonderful stay! The house was lovely, with plenty of space and comfortable accommodations. The well stocked beach supplies closet was a highlight and had everything we needed for enjoying the beach. Connie was communicative and had lots of great suggestions. With the beach only a block away, it was the perfect vacation retreat! Thank you for being such gracious hosts!

My fiancé and I just stayed at John’s Airbnb this weekend for a wedding. It was exactly how described and looked exactly like the pictures. The home was very clean and smelled amazing. Instructions were sent for check-in the morning of and getting in was very smooth and easy. Our stay was very peaceful and we loved the area. The host was very responsive.

Absolutely a beautiful home! Everything was spot on, from a well stocked kitchen to plenty of towels, to comfortable furniture. We had a weather related issue, which I casually mentioned to Sara. ( it most likely would have resolved itself). She responded within the hour and the issue was resolved within a few hours. She made sure we were safe and comfortable. The location was perfect, with restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this home. I can honestly say it was one of the nicest places in which we’ve stayed.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described, perfect location, clean, and private. You definitely need to bring or buy extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand towels, etc. Would stay here again!

I was in town for 2 weeks on a work trip. Home was comfortable and location was great. Close to my office and convenient to lots of shopping and dining options.

Jeff’s place was great. Jeff is very accommodating if you needed anything, even before the reservation was made. Good location, nice balcony overlooking the sound, a pleasant and short walk through nice neighborhoods to the beach. It has everything you need. Very clean, comfortable furniture, great sleep number bed, all the cooking utensils for a meal. We will most certainly come back again. Thanks Jeff!

Cathy and Bob are superb hosts! My daughter and I celebrated her 35th birthday there. We will certainly be back!

Shannon did a great job with communicating with us. She was very proactive with everything. Check in was flexible and the house was very clean. She had provided bed linens, towels (beach & bath), shampoo, conditioner, tooth brushes and plenty of toilet tissue. The kitchen was well stocked including trash bags, dish detergent (sink / dishwasher) and paper towels! Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard play area. There were awesome areas to sit outside at night. One large gas fire pit down stairs with plenty of comfortable furniture and a smaller fire pit upstairs outside our spacious bedroom on the balcony. The bathrooms were large and very clean. My adult children and grandchildren had a wonderful time playing the arcade game. Thanks Shannon for sharing your beautiful home at the beach!

This has been a long stay and although we weren’t at our home, we felt like it! They were extremely helpful and accommodating. I appreciate them for working with me and providing an extended stay for my son and I. Every place we travel to daily is within 10 minutes of the location which was perfect for us. I would recommend to stay here any day! Anything I needed or needed help with, they were easily accessible for assistance.

We have stayed at Marc and Rebecca’s at least 6 times, maybe more. That we keep going back should speak for itself. Their place is always clean and neat. We are close to our relatives which is a priority for us. We have cooked meals there as grocery stores are close. We have also enjoyed many restaurants in the area. We feel safe in the neighborhood. There are sidewalks for walking for exercise and the backyard looks out on a pond. We see fish and geese. Our grandson loves to go look at the geese. We already have reservations to stay there again. The place exceeding our expectations. It was easy to get into when we checked in. We had five adults and two children (ages 2 and 6) in our family. My 80 year old mother was with as well. The elevator was a life saver for her. The layout allowed the parents and children to have the entire 2nd floor to themselves. Great grandma also stayed on the 2nd floor as there were 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms on this floor. The 4th floor was a great place to hang out, play games, and put a huge puzzle together. It also had an amazing sleep space, although we did not need it. The full bathroom on this floor was also much appreciated. The kitchen was amazing, having everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together throughout the week. The beach was very close (3 min walk) on a nice boarded walk way with no traffic or worries as we walked with little ones daily. The pool was very close as well and made a great alternative when kids tired of the beach. Highly recommend!

This is my family’s 4th year at EI and the Pelican Plunge might be my favorite we’ve been to thus far. The location is wonderful. You can walk or park at the community’s private beach access. We always rent a golf cart so having one available for us to use was amazing. Similarly to other reviewers, it really did feel like staying at a friends place. The home was very clean (no weird smell like some places), comfortable and was the perfect setting for my family’s vacation. Also, the beds were so comfortable, I have never slept so well at a rental! Even though it’s 3 stories, the stairs weren’t an issue at all because they were broken up into half flights so it was perfect for my mother to handle with a bad knee and for my toddler. We also loved spending time on all the decks listening to the ocean and enjoying the sea breeze. Nikki was an exceptional host, communicating with her was a breeze and I knew I could reach out for anything. I’m so happy we stayed at the Pelican Plunge!

The view is impeccable, the house is spacious as well as spotless, the atmosphere is serene. My mother and I wanted a quiet getaway, and we got exactly that. On an interesting note, there is some occasional noise of a very particular type. Camp Lejeune is right across the bay so you may hear some distant artillery testing and fly-bys of military helicopters. The sounds from these were infrequent and non intrusive, being pretty distant. I found it intriguing and even entertaining. My mother and I brought our own cooking ingredients and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen supplies such as pots and various cooking utensils. We never wanted for anything. My mother would sit by the window to enjoy the view while doing her embroidery. I used one of the kayaks twice, and appreciated the supplied life jackets. I thoroughly enjoyed the calm waters. My favorite thing to do during my stay was to sit by the water watching the birds catching fish and reading books. We hope to come again!
