Brand new private apartment alongside and partly attached to back of house to sleep 2 people. Parking with private entrance via side gate to apartment to the back of the house. Kitchen facilities fridge/microwave/kettle/toaster/halogen oven as well as en-suite shower/toilet. Just 10 minutes walking distance to Bridgend town centre for mainline rail and bus stations.
