The apartment contains entrance, spacious living room w/dining area and exit to a west facing and sunny balcony. 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with single bed. Kitchen w/modern decor from 2018 as well as a bathroom. No washing machine. It is possible to set up a guest bed if needed. Parking space with electric car charger. Both type 1 and type 2 cable.

Large villa on idyllic Husøy

The villa is located on idyllic Husøy, outside of Tønsberg. Husøy is an island with about 1000 inhabitants. On our island we have a golf course, several swimming beaches, football field and a beautiful coastal path. Closest beach about 350 meters from the house has jetty, beach, playground and volleyball field. Here is also Ole3 which is a ferry that goes to Husvik. This is free and you can bring bikes on the boat. The nearest food shop is about 1 km from the house. It is 10 min from Tønsberg and Tønsberg pier with car.

Charming little summer house of 12 sqm. High under the roof. Uninsulated and no power or water. Light source inside is light with battery, candles. 1 small double bed (1.20×2.00) If desired, there is the possibility of 1 extra mattress on the floor (1.20×2.00 m). Windows have a frame and cannot be opened. There are air vents; but airing is primarily via the door. The door can be locked inside and outside. The kitchen and bathroom inside the main house are shared with the host and possibly other guests visiting.

Grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants 5 minutes away. Bus to the center takes about 10 minutes. Hiking trail in the forest right next door. Possibility of charging electric cars by arrangement.
