Nestor is friendly and meticulously gave us an orientation of his place. We enjoyed the night market and food trucks in the neighbourhood. Shang and Megamall are within walking distance and big dog friendly. The condo is also big dog friendly which is kinda rare in the neighbourhood. Thank you for letting us stay! We had a good time!

The room is just as described in the listing. Feels very home-y and cozy! I love the location since it is near the establishments we visited. There are restaurants below the building and a grocery which is a plus! Hosts are responsive and kind. Even let us check-out late. 10/10 recommended. Will definitely book again!

Anabelle was very responsive and accommodating during our stay. It feels really in the country when entered. Especially the smell, very fresh, especially when you're grilling. It's worth it kc you can save on transpo because it's really within meters. Super place and rooms! She's perfect for me especially if I'm really artistic. Exceeded my expectation! Patrick was soo nice and I didn't rush to pay for additional heads. Perfect!

It’s amazing that you can find this kind of place in Valenzuela. Very accessible and worth every penny but it could have been better if the owner will also invest in cooking utensils since the place is for larger groups. Thank you, Arbie! The place was super spacious. Perfect for parties and hanging out with family and friends! 😊 We had a blast with the karaoke too. The rooms were clean and cozy. The only thing was a few ‘unwanted guests’ flying around outside at night lol, but overall, everything was awesome. Thanks Sir Mark!

The townhouse unit is spacious and cozy. I appreciate that the bed in the master br is comfortable as i have a back problem especially if the bed is too soft. The area is safe. The security guards are near the unit. Mayɔyn and the other person were very accomodating and helpful. It was a very comfortable stay and will book again. Grab food delivery and grab car service were reliable as well.

As it is, Aprelle’s place is already as ideal as it gets. But considering the price you pay, it really is unbeatable. I won’t think twice about booking the place again. I highly recommend it. The location is just perfect as it is super close to everything. But it is peaceful and quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. Chona, the caretaker is a gem. She was extremely helpful and went through all the details about the property when she welcomed me at check in. Aprelle’s is incredibly responsive. Even got a reply from her in the late hour that I booked. She was also quite accommodating with an early check in and late check out. You could tell through the personal touches and finer details in the property that she put a lot of attention in making the place feel like home. Book this place when you visit Makati. You will not be disappointed.

We had a great experience during our stay. The room was clean, cozy, and kitchen was fully equipped. Everything we needed was there. The only minor issue was that the shower door wouldn’t close properly, but it didn’t take away from the overall comfort. Thank you!

Great value for the location and the terrace is a huge plus, very homey. It’s a 6 floor walk up so just keep that in mind if you’ve got heavy luggage! Andres was super responsive whenever we had issues and was quick to resolve!

Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The unit was clean. Just a quick 10 to 12-minute drive to BGC and Venice Grand Canal Mall. There’s also a mall within the property, so everything you need is super convenient. Would recommend.
