The cottage is close to beautiful old villages, such as Højer and Tønder, where you can experience country idyll, South Jutland coffee table, crafts, visit mills and much more.

The house has a nice, large open wooden terrace with panoramic views to the southeast and west. From the property, there is direct access to a bike and walking path that leads to Lakolk and the wide sandy beach.

The cabin has 3 fixed beds, of which 2 are in the bedroom, and 1 in the room. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room. max 4 people in the cabin. 1 dog is allowed. Close to Rømø and Tønder.

A fantastic holiday home located in Lakolk - Central but completely secluded by others - Here you can really enjoy a holiday in a quality house with plenty of space, right next to the wide Rømø beach. There is plenty of room for 8 people in the house. Sunny terrace with a covered area. 3 double bedrooms plus a bedroom with 2 beds on Mezzanine . All with new comfortable beds, sauna, wood-burning stove, air conditioning. A few minutes walk to both the Beach and Lakolk Shopping Center.

Holiday Home is close to the beautiful sandy Rømø beach, dunes and nature reserve. One terrace is partially covered and fenced. Another terrace has a direct view over the nature reserve. Chairs, table, loungers on the terraces, as well as a grill. The area is quiet, undisturbed and with wild animals (including deer, ducks, geese, swans and pheasants). Bedrooms and beds are new (2022) and ensure a good, restful sleep. Maximum of 2 pets (extra charge). No youth groups. Non-smoking.

What we most often hear about our cottage is that it has a nice atmosphere, that you feel welcome and at home and that it is cozy. We strive to make the cottage personal but also functional, which is why the decor is a good mix of new and old. We bought the cottage in 2018, renovating it a little along the way and as time allows. What we want is for the cottage to look cozy and personal. Our wish is that the house can be the framework for creating good memories.

On beautiful natural grounds, secluded from the road is our cozy cottage. Modernized with new kitchen, bathroom, roof and facade. In addition, there is a wooden terrace facing both south and west, so you can enjoy the morning sun, the noon sun and the evening sun. The house has a heat pump that can easily keep the house warm. There is also a wood-burning stove as a supplement. (Bring your own firewood or buy it on the island) There is also chrome-cast for the TV.

You have breakfast in the morning sun with an unobstructed view of the mudflats. Later, you walk over my horse paddock and walk along the beach towards the north or south. Throughout the day, you will increase your radius and explore the island by bike. At the harbor, you get fresh crab salad for dinner. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful countryside home. The home is located 20 min from Rømø, Ribe, Tønder and 30 min from the German border. Suitable for anyone, be it couples, friends or families. The house is located on a disused country house, with its own driveway and outdoor area. There is a terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue, also there is a swings and sandbox for children. Outdoor area is continually improving.
