House by the stream / Fishing allowed

This is my primary home, which I rent out when I am on vacation and in education. The house is idyllic with Gelså running in the garden. Possibility to fish from the garden, from which salmon, pike, trout, etc. can be caught. Just bring your own fishing equipment. Large terrace with sun beds and garden furniture. 10 minutes on foot from the house are both Hjartbro and Bevtoft plantations, so there are good opportunities for beautiful walks in the forest. Short drive to several major cities such as Haderslev, Aabenraa and Ribe.

The house sleeps 6 (+1 baby bed) and has a sauna. The house is bright and friendly and has a nice view to the west. The house has a nice, large open wooden terrace with panoramic views to the southeast and west. From the property, there is direct access to a bike and walking path that leads to Lakolk and the wide sandy beach.

Enjoy the sound of tranquility in this family-friendly home, which offers plenty of activities beyond the norm for all kinds of children and adults. The home is safe for small children. Here, there may be free home-grown fruits and eggs from our own chickens for free use. The grounds lead down to a "large" river, where fish jump! In addition to a fantastic view, with a short distance to the swimming lake, zoo or Legoland, etc. The home here will ensure a cozy atmosphere. Possibility of renting a car and bicycles.

1st floor with quiet and scenic surroundings

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, is approx. 100 m2, and has air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. There is 1 step inside the apartment. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a rollaway bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the toilet at night, but otherwise, it's 100% yours.

Fish Lake House - Right by the Water Lake & Stream

Experience the perfect fishing holiday in our house with space for 9 people, located right by three beautiful lakes: a small, a medium and a large. The house has a slaughterhouse and freezer for storing the catch. Enjoy the breathtaking nature with a charming eel run next to the lakes. You can also see when we release fish from our own farm nearby. Renting a lake (optional) costs DKK 1000, including 10 kg of trout. If you want more fish, it costs DKK 80 per kg. Come and have an unforgettable fishing experience!

The house is a townhouse in a very quiet area, with a short distance to the pedestrian street and the park. You have the house to yourself and have your own carport and courtyard, which is partially covered. The carport is located right in front of the house. The bathroom and kitchen are newly renovated, and the house's interior is in the style of the 70s. The house has two bedrooms, so there are sleeping places for four people. Good closet space provides room for luggage.
