Take in the maritime beauty of Tomales Bay from the comfort of this luxury waterfront cottage. Turn the wooden steering wheel on the front door and enter a light-filled living room with high ceilings and sweeping views of the bay. Seals, otters and rays make their way into the bay; at high tide perhaps you'll be lucky and catch a glimpse of a sting ray from the glass window in the living room floor. Our private beach is the perfect spot to go for a swim, or launch your paddleboards and kayaks.

Riley Beach Cottage sits on stilts just a few feet above the east shore of Tomales Bay. The great room, master bedroom, hot tub and northwest facing redwood decks all provide land's end views of Point Reyes National Seashore across this pristine estuary. With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. The Perch

Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch, our newly renovated room lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. This is a studio cottage with expansive views to the western valley and Marin. Mount Tam appears through the windows from your super comfy bed. The Creekside Cottage in Point Reyes Station is a simple, modern craftsman with beautiful light all around. New construction, completed in 2017, it features serene quiet at night, bird viewing, and relaxing. Walk into town or head for the beaches from here. (It is not in Bolinas, online maps services are still confused about this fact)
