A very comfortable and cozy place, in my opinion, centrally located and close to many places in Toluca as well as the road to take public transport. The place was always very clean, it has several utensils and materials in case the stay is long. The bathroom is very nice and spacious, it is very well furnished.

Excellent place to stay, the host is always attentive and attentive to requests. The accommodation is one of the few with independent parking, fabulous for the stay. Thank you for your service.

The apartment makes you feel at home, the beds are comfortable, the armchairs in the living room too, I liked the decoration a lot, it has a selection of books if you like, the kitchen apart from the necessary utensils has basic things for cooking that you do not find in many accommodations, such as salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, oil, teas. It's very close to a suburban train station and close to the Alameda 2000, which was what we were looking for. I definitely recommend the accommodation.

in general the stay was excellent

The place is very nice. It is very convenient that each bedroom has its own bathroom. But I don't recommend it for older people, as there are several stairs to access it. The only observation, I think it could improve cleanliness, it wasn't dirty. There was only dust. But otherwise, the area and the place were fine.

Very nice accommodation, the room was sparkling, the mattress was very comfortable, Maricela was very kind and there was always very good communication from the hosts, the area being a private one is very quiet and safe, I would definitely return, thank you very much for all the amenities and the excellent service.

A super quiet place, I was here for 2 weeks for work in the industrial park and I always felt super comfortable and safe, Edgar and his wife were always very attentive to all the questions I had and the house is very spacious and beautiful. Everything is in excellent condition and the small studio was perfect for working all day. Being a gated community, everything is super quiet and guarded. The neighbors are very friendly. In general, perfect as an alternative to a hotel for work.

Functional and well located

Very nice and quiet appartment, ideally located if you want to explore Chapultepec Park and its various museums and historical sites. The city center is about 7 kilometers away and easy to reach by Metro. Currently, the nearest Metro station (Patriotismo) is about 10 minutes away; the Juanacatlán station lies a bit nearer and is scheduled to reopen in the course of 2025. There are several good restaurant options in the neighborhood, and a large Soriana supermarket is just two blocks away. Guillermo was very friendly and helpful. The appartment is well equipped, and we enjoyed browsing through the various books about Mexico and its cultural heritage. The only downside was the shower which only had intermittent warm/hot water, which might be a bit of an issue if you rely on it to wash long hair or to warm up on a cool winter day. This said, we wouldn't hesitate booking the appartment again.

Definitely worth the price. Alejandra is very kind and responsive, the place is really quiet and on a less busy street as well as a private courtyard. If you are looking for a good place to crash, this is it. The wifi isn’t great but I didn’t need to work while here. Also Mexico City water crisis is bad so the shower hot and cold is a bit wonky but it didn’t affect much for me as I shower for 5 mins. Nice walking distance to popular restaurants and cafes more of the family neighborhood and less touristy.

It's like being at home. It's not for nothing that this is the second time I've stayed at the Lipari house, and it won't be the last. Thanks to the hosts for such a kind experience.
