Excellent place, very clean and comfortable. Edgar was always very attentive to us and gave us clear instructions. It is super close to the Toluca terminal. Very safe.

Depa very nice inside. Just like the photos. Kevin and Jimmy were very flexible on my check-in time. Everything clean and has an iron. Super important. It's comfortable and if I would come back without a doubt. My only theme, is to show a little more, the location as is the depa outside (calle). To make it a little more realistic about who is renting it. But in general very pleasant and comfortable stay and they are super friendly always.

Everything is very good, a gas stove and a more efficient microwave would be nice, and an armchair to watch TV. Very close to downtown but quiet and comfortable

Our stay at this home was excellent. The place is very comfortable, well-equipped and has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The location is convenient, and the cleanliness impeccable. In addition, communication with the host was quick and efficient. Definitely a highly recommended option for those looking for comfort and good service. I would definitely stay here again!

Zayde is an excellent host, she was always attentive, good communication, at the time of check-out she allowed us to leave her luggage in the apartment a few more hours. The location is very good and the place is very clean, as described. 100% recommended place.

I really liked the apartment, I went to a festival in the bicentennial park and it was close in uber. You can also go lunch at Mercado zacatito. It feels very safe as it is in an apartment tower and as soon as the cleaning is fine. :)

This place was amazing however there are two critiques. The bedroom with 2 queen beds was not queen beds they were smaller which created a small issue with our group and the living room only seats 5 people they need more seating! Having 5 bathrooms was great and the linens and beds were comfortable! The place does not have A/C but we were fine without it. The neighborhood was very pretty and easy to walk places, it was extremely safe! I would say this place sleeps 7 adults and no more unless someone sleeps on the couch which was small! Overall we really loved the place it was great for our group of 8!!!!

Apartment is perfect right off of Horacio where you can walk in the mornings and evening as well as the dogs. Host was very helpful, friendly and responsive. We had extended our stay since we lived it so much!

My family enjoyed staying at Elizabeth’s place. My daughter loved having access to the pools on the first floor; the first floor lap pool was not as warm as the children’s pools but the temperature difference was not too much in my opinion. On Sundays, children can access the warmer infinity pool on the 16th floor—which we definitely enjoyed. The rooftop views were amazing. The apartment itself was big for four of us. The stay was mostly quiet; the exception being Saturday night but that came from a party in the neighborhood; the unexpected city buzz did not disrupt our sleep. The neighborhood is safe, a grocery store, coffee shop and several shopping centers are nearby. My favorite was walking the neighborhood to the food stands for breakfast. My husband enjoyed the $20 peso gorditas I purchased just as much as any other food we had. Elizabeth checked in on us several times and was accommodating to our needs.

Really enjoyed my stay. Place was exactly as described and what I needed for a short stay in CDMX. The location was perfect and there was plenty to do in the area.

The place was just like the photos, it's very nice,clean and safe. Very nice place to stay, since it has security to enter and when leaving, we feel very safe at all times. The apartment has two rooms with spacious beds, and full bathrooms that are appreciated on a trip. Only point that I would consider for people looking for a nice view through the window, at the time of my stay I was under construction of Hotel immediately, which could overshadow that point a little, and also have to close the blinds, since, there are construction staff working in the morning and a little in the afternoon. But without contemplating that, the place is perfect.

We had a great stay, the condo is spacious and pretty. Plenty of room for our family. Loved the convenience of having a large grocery store and Costco in the mall across the street. Also the building has security. We loved this location and would highly recommend!!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. I was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is located on the 7th floor of a modern building, in a prime location, just a few blocks from the Soumaya museum and other points of interest. During our stay we were 4 people, including two seniors, and we all felt very comfortable. Access to the building and the apartment was always easy and comfortable for everyone. The space is spacious, nice and cozy. The hosts were always attentive and concerned about our well-being, which made the experience even better. Without a doubt, I would recommend it and I would stay there again.

One of the best Airbnb's in Santa Fe, the apartment is very cozy, very spacious, super clean, and very quiet; the pool that is upstairs is heated, every time I can come back again, super recommended!!

Had such a great stay! Our host was communicative from time we booked. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The apartment was tidy, smelled nice & easy to access. During our stay, there was everything we needed for our week stay - appliances, utensils, dishes & even storage containers! We truly appreciated the small details that our host thought of to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The amenities in the complex were such a plus, our daughter enjoyed the playroom & pool. Always security ensuring entrance of people to the building and the neighborhood was quiet. Location to the City Market was super convenient, especially since we were refilling purified water. The only thing we had to work around was shower - there was not enough hot water for all of us to shower back to back and you had to take a very quick shower with the hot water available. Not a biggie, just required some coordination of timing to leave on time. Would absolutely reco & rebook in the future!
