Holiday rentals with a patio in Tolo

Kostas is an excellent host. He communicated well, provided snacks, bottled water and was always available for questions or support. In his village there is a small but well stocked grocery store and a few cafes. The apartment was spotless! All amenities as listed. If you have a car, this is the place to be!

Me and my family had a really good time here. The room is new and clean. Well equipped with smart home. Convenient to park the car. And the luxury swimming pool impressed me a lot. Hope we could enjoy this house one more time in summer.

We spent 2 whole weeks in October in Mariangela's apartment, when the weather was still warm, but not too hot, and the water temperature was perfect (24-25 degrees). Our main goal was having a relaxing time and the apartment ideally fitted this goal. We received the key for access to a private beach, 100 meter from the home, so we went swimming almost every day, sometimes even twice. Other beaches were nearby. Notwithstanding our late arrival at 10 PM we were met cordially by Mariangela and her husband Michael. The refrigerator was filled with welcome gifts, such as wine, juice, bread and paté. Also there were lots of food supplies (coffee, tea, own olive oil, candies, crackers), all of which we were invited to use. Mariangela and Michael were very helpful and momentarily answered to all our requests. Michael even invited us for a private boat trip, which we unfortunately had to decline. We immediately felt at home in the apartment! Next time in Greece we will surely return here!

the place is very good,everything is accessible on foot. The owner is impeccable and very friendly. The only (negative)in times with a lot of people,the rush hour is a little noisy,the night hours all good.

The house is beautiful!!! Exactly as shown in the photos, stylish and beautifully decorated. The place was super clean and smelled fantastic. It is located in a very quiet area, ideal for anyone who wants privacy and tranquility, just a few minutes from the center of Nafplio. Mr. Panayiotis welcomed us with a lot of joy, seems like a very nice person and was a great host! I highly recommend Elite Luxury Residences and we will prefer them when we visit Nafplio again- I hope soon!!! 🥰

A very clean neat and brand new flat. Had everything we needed. Vasileios and his mom were very kind responsive and helpful. The town is amazing, Loads of things to do and see. Highly recommended.

Nafplio was wonderful! Especially at Easter. Νικολαος’s home was perfect. We hung out by the pool all weekend and took in the gorgeous views and weather. Thank you!

Milva’s place is a stylish little oasis of calm. We stayed with our 7 year old and 17 month old and it was perfect for us. Milva’s attention to detail is obvious from the thoughtful welcome basket to the beautifully designed space. The outdoor area is a dreamy, peaceful place to spend time with a glass of wine - watching the glorious view and listening to the sounds. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the pool is lovely. The house is spotlessly clean, kept wonderfully by the two lovely cleaners who visit every couple of days. The house is just far enough from town to feel like a real escape but within 10 minutes, you can be eating at a Taverna in Porto Heli. Check in was perfect with Milva’s Dad George who was so welcoming and kind. Milva’s house is our favourite Air Bn’B to date and we will certainly be back. Thanks Milva and George!

We had a great time in the house, everything was perfect. We are a family of four with two kids. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool, the view from the terrace is really nice, the house very clean and the host super responsive. Great time there !

Spent Easter at Paul and Eleni's place with my SO, and it was wonderful! The setting was amazing, even better than the photos, and the house itself felt very cozy and hospitable. It's very well equipped, roomy, comfortable and with the very special addition of the piano, it had all we needed, and more, for a peaceful getaway. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to returning!

The location is literally on the sea with a great view. The decor is a bit dated and the bathroom would have liked a renovation but everything was functional and spotless.

Everything was great with Panayiotis' house! Perfect for a weekend in the countryside! We enjoyed the quietness and the fireplace 🙂

Karine and Sacha were excellent hosts. They were there to welcome us to the apartment and explain everything. The apartment is absolutely beautiful in an idyllic setting. It’s well equipped for a family and a great base for exploring the Peloponnese but a car is essential.

A wonderful layout for this single room plus bathroom loft. The outside space is amazing and so large. Away from the traffic noise but so conveniently located. A short walk to downtown, old town and the waterfront. Great parking and a large grocery store nearby. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We were very satisfied all around. A very clean, very tasteful apartment in a central location yet very quiet. Our daughter, 3 years old, loved the playground right in front of the house :) Communication with the owner uncomplicated and very friendly. Soft towels, great mattresses and beautiful linens and a mega well stocked kitchen. The underground parking was very pleasant. We will 100% stay there again if we travel to Nafplion again.

First thing: Stavroula is a very kind host and with it was very easy and quick to communicate. It gave us a lot and very good information and tips. 10 out of 10. The apartment is very comfortable and impeccable. Just like you can see in the photos. The air conditioner and bathrooms worked perfectly, the same as the internet. Excellent facilities. Only thing to note is that it is not over the beach but three or four blocks from a beautiful port. Stavroula's review doesn't say I'm on the beach, but I think I inferred it from seeing the photos. There are beautiful beaches very close and Stavroula gave us all the details, but at first we were surprised because, perhaps mistakenly, I assumed the location was different. Either way, everything was great.
