Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tolentino

Stefano è davvero un Superhost!!! Disponibile ed estremamente cortese, il suo appartamento è il posto perfetto per visitare entrambe Sirolo e Numana: posizione centralissima, ottimo il servizio parcheggio offerto dall’host e il sentiero breve per la spiaggia parte proprio da Sky! L’appartamento era molto pulito, silenzioso, curato nei dettagli e fornito di tutto. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la spesa di benvenuto offerta dall’host, i vari prodotti per l’igiene (non scontati sui servizi Airbnb!) e le ricercate leccornie per la colazione e gli snack pomeridiani vista mare! Non potevamo trovare posto migliore, grazie di cuore per averci fatto sentire a casa! Francesca e Danilo

Casa comoda ( anche come posizione!) e completa di tutto.Alessandra ci ha dato anche un sacco di spunti su cosa visitare tant'è che ascoltandola abbiamo aggiustato i nostri piani. un dettaglio in più: bellissimi libri illustrati a disposizione per i bambini e un set di detersivi e alimenti a disposizione che fa sentire "curati" . complimenti!

We had a fantastic 4 night stay in the most beautiful weather in this large comfortable apartment. Walking distance to everything in the perfect Piazza. Our host was extremely responsive prior to our trip and all during. Made check in and check out easy and very flexible. Absolutely spotlessly clean traditional apartment with everything you could need. Highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Spello. Grazie Ferruccio!!

La Terrazza del Conero was fantastisch, het uitzicht was adembenemend. Binnen was het gezellig en praktisch ingericht. De echtgenote van Christian sprak vloeiend Engels, dat was gemakkelijk voor de communicatie. We hebben mooie uitstapjes gedaan. We raden deze accommodatie ten zeerste aan. Gr Nicole

We had a great holiday! Hosts Kristy and James are always willing to help and want the best for you. It's a lovely quiet place where you can enjoy their great pool surrounded by beautiful landscape. Mogliano City is very close and so pittoresque and clean... not big but the real Italy lover will be very happy. What i like a lot about the location is that you can explore "The Marken" with your car very good. Max 1hour 15 minutes to arrive with your car in the somehow bigger cities (Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, Grottamare, Portonovo and excellent Macerata in 20 minutes...) Typical small cities more than enough in the neigbourhood, we loved it! You have the mare e monti, the sea and the mountains... monte sibillini is a great spot as well to go out for a walk! The appartments are clean with muskito-nets present so that's a nice add-on. Kitchen, bathroom,... we were happy with all present stuff and had the feeling that Kirsty and James were there in case something was needed. Thx!!

Soggiorno ottimo, Maria Grazia è stata molto disponibile e ha risposto in maniera tempestiva alle mie domande, l'appartamento era molto ordinato e pulito, molto comodo per raggiungere il centro a piedi! Se dovessimo tornare ad Ascoli soggiorneremmo volentieri di nuovo qui!

Abbiamo trascorso delle giornate molto piacevoli e ci siamo trovati proprio bene nell'appartamento che è accogliente, ben attrezzato e spazioso. foto e descrizione corrispondono alla realtà. Davide molto gentile e reattivo. La posizione è perfetta per conoscere questa bellissima area dell'Italia, che è un mix perfetto di arte e natura. Assolutamente consigliato!

Marco e Chiara sono padroni di casa ineccepibili. Simpatici, sempre pronti nelle risposte, disponibili e pieni di ottime indicazioni e consigli sui dintorni (ristoranti, escursioni, shopping di prodotti tipici…) . Casa Azul è una casa davvero bella e particolare. Non solo concepita per alloggiarci ma per essere vissuta proprio come casa tua. Completa di tutto ed in una posizione ideale per raggiungere tutte le classiche mete umbre. Vi abbiamo alloggiato molto comodamente in 6 oltre ad una cagnolina, nei confronti della quale i proprietari di casa sono stati molto accoglienti. Se tornerò in zona cercherò di ripetere l’esperienza di Casa Azul!

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

De casa is een geweldig huis, met alles wat nodig is. Veel privacy en prachtig uitzicht. Nicolien, Tom en Sophie zijn geweldige gastvrouwen/heer. Ze zijn vriendelijk en zeer geïnteresseerd in hun gasten. Bovendien hebben ze veel suggesties voor de omgeving, zowel cultureel als digestief. Van harte aanbevolen. Grote dank Theo en Alice

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

Claudia's place was very clean and pristine. The sunset and harbor views were wonderful and Claudia was so nice to pick us up at the train station. There is also a bus stop very near. We slept great in her cozy, comfortable bedroom. As in her pictures, there are a lot of steps if that is a concern for you. We would stay here again. Thanks for everything, Claudia!

La casa era fantastica, pulita, spaziosa con un giardino e un tavolo fuori per poter pranzare anche all aperto. Consigliatissimo!!!

To były wyjątkowe cztery dni w Ankonie. Bardzo komfortowy apartament, niezwykle czysty i fantastycznie wyposażony. Na miejscu zastaliśmy dosłownie wszystko do idealnego wypoczynku. Właścicielka zadbała o nas jak o własną rodzinę! Zawsze pomocna, profesjonalna i komunikatywna! Z wielką przyjemnością kiedyś wrócimy... Wojtek i Adam.

Sehr schöne, moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einer großartigen Dachterrasse mit Meerblick, in der wir einen schönen Urlaub verbringen durften. Andrea ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber der immer sehr gut erreichbar ist. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft voll und ganz und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Para quem vai estudar italiano por um mês na escola Dante Alighieri, o lugar é perfeito pois agrega privacidade e comodidade. Em Recanati, tudo é muito perto, portanto em 5 min a pé se chega na escola. Além disso, o lugar é muito limpo, de fato tem uma vista para o Adriático belíssima e o anfitrião responde muito rápido a todas as nossas perguntas. Além da sua pró -atividade, tivemos por conta duas limpezas do apartamento por ele realizadas, o que deixou o lugar bem acolhedor. Super recomendo.
