Small studio right in the center, it was simple but had everything you need and was very clean. The host was very punctual and helpful.

Massimo's place is equipped with everything for a comfortable stay of even several days, clean, accurate, with dishwasher and dryer, full and well-equipped kitchen. Parking is convenient to punctual and precise instructions. Great solution for visiting Macerata.

Iacopo was theee best host I’ve ever had. He was so genuinely helpful and kind. He sent me loads of information ideas restaurants activities, and was even willing to help me find information on my great-grandma’s roots (born in Macerata 1902). The apartment is huge and so lovely!! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need, including snacks, great coffee, all the herbs spices salts pepper & oil you’d need. Plus a big bottle of water in the refrigerator! So responsive, and truly took time out, which was apparent and appreciated : )

Paolo was great, responded practically immediately. Even when I stupidly locked myself out he got me another key within 20 minutes! Apartment was in a great location within walking distance of lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay again!
