Arctic dome Hoset

Arctic Dome Hosetåsen is located in Orkland municipality. The dome is located on a top with forest around, but with an open and beautiful view over the valley and towards the mountains in Trollheimen. Lie down in a soft and comfortable bed where you can enjoy the starry sky, and wake up to a beautiful view. Relax and enjoy the tranquility of nature and the view! From the parking lot it is about 600 meters to walk, wear good shoes as the trail goes through forest and a bit of marsh. In winter, you have to ski or snowshoe as there is no paved road.

Come here and enjoy the view in a completely quiet environment without any neighbors or disturbances. Lots of wildlife in the area, here an elk can suddenly wander right outside the porch. Ski slope 150 m from the cabin, very good hiking opportunities in summer and winter. Possibility for fishing and small game hunting. Wood stove in cabin and gas burner and fire pan outside.
