The 200-square-metre apartment is part of a 17th-century farmhouse. It comfortably accommodates 6 people, has 3 large bedrooms, a grand living room, a kitchen with a fireplace, two bathrooms and a breathtaking view of the Tuscan countryside stretching as far as Montalcino. From 1 April 2025, the municipality of Murlo has introduced a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day. Children under 12 are exempt. The tax must be paid on arrival, in cash, and your passports will be requested at the same time.

Apartment in the village of Castello di Tocchi

The accommodation is located in a protected natural area with chestnut woods, rivers and streams (Farma) and an intense presence of local fauna (roe deer, porcupines, fallow deer, wild boars, day and night birds). It is south of Siena (30 km) in the context of cities of art (Valdorcia and Valdimerse), archaeological sites and spa facilities. The apartment, lived in over time by a family of woodcutters, was restored, bringing to light the traditional architectural and decorative specifications.
