Comfortable apartment along the pedestrian area of Cortina, on the first floor of a typical Ampezzo house from the 1800s, easy to have everything at your fingertips. In the winter, it is a great location for cross-country and downhill skiing enthusiasts. 5 minutes from the Val di Casies loop and the Nordic Arena in Dobbiaco. 15 minutes from the ski lifts of Plan de Corones and Sesto Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In 10 minutes you will reach Lago di Braies and Dobbiaco, in 15 minutes San Candido and Valdaora, and in 20 minutes Brunico.
