La maison de Luis et Iris nous a plu beaucoup de par son emplacement ( à peine à 10 minutes à pieds de l’église Santo Domingo et de la zone piétonne ). La maison donne sur une cour intérieure et est joliment décorée et assez fraîche malgré le temps chaud d’Oaxaca. Merci Luis et Iris d’avoir été très disponibles pour répondre à nos interrogations et à nos besoins. Grâce à vous, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de trois semaines à Oaxaca. Merci beaucoup. El lugar es muy agradable, sencillo, cómodo, con todo lo necesario, tranquilo para descansar pero cerca de todos los puntos de interés, Gabriel es muy amable, atento, me dio recomendaciones de turs, lugares, está al pendiente de lo q necesitas, contesta rápido y muy atento, tuvo la iniciativa de asear el lugar durante mi estancia, cosa que se agradece bastante, todo está excelente, mil gracias Gabriel por todo fue una muy linda semana por Oaxaca

We loved the keypad entry for facility in entering and exiting. The king bed and linens were so comfortable and welcoming at night. The wifi was excellent. There are many lighting options - even in the huge walk-in closet. There was an unending supply of hot water. We loved sitting in the courtyard listening to the birds with our morning coffee. The bedroom, being furthest from the road was very quiet at night. Teresa was extremely responsive whenever we contacted her and provided us with water replacement and garbage removal when needed. We plan to visit Oaxaca again and would definitely stay at Suite Danielle.

We had a wonderful time staying at Margarita’s place. It feels like you’re in a Oaxacan home with lots of character rather than a copy & paste Airbnb. Which we loved. The location was perfect for us as we prefer a quieter stay that was close enough to walk to the centre without having to be right in the action. Margarita was very responsive to our needs and questions. She even went as far as to organise a taxi to the airport for us which was very kind of her and a big help. Margarita was a smiley and welcoming host and we felt very welcomed in her home. If we ever go back to Oaxaca we’ll be staying here again. Great value for money!

el lugar es como se describe, bien ubicado, limpio, Edith es u muy atenta y esta pendiente de lo que necesitábamos y además nos hizo excelentes recomendaciones para conocer lugares en la Ciudad, tiene un jardín muy bonito y la estancia es un lugar acogedor, me volvería a hospedar en este lugar nuevamente!

Rodrigo's place is excellent! We had a great stay. Everything abou the apartment was top-notch. We would definitely stay there again. It was a a 10-15 minute walk from the downtown area and about 18 minutes from the apartment to Santo Domingo. But, you will be away from all the hustle and noise of the centro, and it was a very quite and comfortable stay. The balcony is beautiful and with a great views. Comfortable bed and the shower was excellent. Please consider Rodrigo's place for your next visit to Oaxaca!

Es la segunda vez que me quedo en el lugar de Mario, siempre me ha gustado por lo cómodo, céntrico y limpio que es, recomendable!

Great stay. Great host. No parking available but host was gracious and gave us her street parking spot in front when we arrived. Clean and AC units were great. Simple but just what we needed.

Casana is a beautiful space and makes a great home base for exploring Oaxaca. Mariana and her staff are very communicative and available. We loved having the pool and the beautiful natural fountain onsite. There was plenty of room for our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids) to spread out and enjoy our downtime here!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr niedlich mit vielen lustigen Winkeln und Räumen. Besonders hat uns die Terasse auf dem Dach gefallen. Die Lage ist gut und zwischen dem Zentrum und dem schönen Viertel Barrio de Jalatlaco. Ausserdem ist ein Top italienisch Restaurant (Dassani) und ein wünderschönes Katzen Kafe (La Selva De Los Gatos) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Bett war bequem und der Ventilator leise genug. Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation und super Service. Gratis Trinkwasser vorhanden! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einziger Nachteil: die Wohnung ist sehr ringhörig. Wir konnten nicht nur die Nachbarschaft sondern auch bellende Hunde und vorbeifahrende Autos sehr gut hören.

La casa es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, es muy cómoda , tiene todas las facilidades para niños pequeños, se ubica en zona muy tranquila, no hay ruido para descansar después de días ajetreados, está cerca de supermercados y cremerías, cuenta con cochera y patio de servicio. La comunicación con Lucy fue inmediata.Sin duda regresaremos.

Loved our stay at Damien’s place. It’s very quiet and private but also easy walkable distance to the heart of the plaza for restaurants and shoppes. We especially enjoyed the plunge pool and deck in the morning w coffee and then set out in the afternoons for exploration. Yes, there is a hill on your return but quite manageable. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for making coffee, snacks, and cocktails. Damian also partners w a couple locals who were wonderful for driving, Nacho (Ignacio), and Mari for cooking or tending to anything needing to be looked at immediately. Highly recommend staying at Damian’s place and then enjoying beautiful Oaxaca, the kind people, the AMAZING food, and the inspiring art creativity. Muchas Gracias!! 🇲🇽🧡

la casa de Luis Enrique y su esposa es genial, muy limpia ordenada y grande, estuvo al pendiente de nosotros sin ser invasivo y respondía los mensajes en corto tiempo, agradezco su hospitalidad y amabilidad. excelente servicio.

Perfect location. We were able to walk into town to restaurants. Many little corner shops nearby. Large grocery store about 5 minute walk away. Area was very secure. Locked gate let you into a beautiful courtyard with multiple apartments. Each apartment had their own outdoor sitting area and then a communal area as well. The place was decorated for Day of the Dead and even an altar was set up in the communal area. Overall it was a great stay with no Airbnb issues.

Todo excelente con la ubicación y las características del departamento. Hay áreas de oportunidad con la limpieza, pero nada que impidiera disfrutar la estancia en Oaxaca.

For those that only read the first line of reviews , simply put we found this home perfect. Now if you are still reading we will tell you that the attention we received from our host was top notch. Constanza and Clara communicated through the app so well . When we wanted a more personal communication they meet us face to face. . We learned so much about the culture of the city and some spots we would never of found in a guide book or google searches. The home itself was as described and the plants throughout the courtyard were beautiful and soothing. Picking this location for your trip is something you will not regret

un lugar muy limpio para pasar la noche , aunque solo lo tomamos como descanso para nuestro viaje , la estancia fue muy buena

El lugar es acogedor, el espacio es bueno para 4 personas y Miriam siempre estuvo al pendiente de todo.
