Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sand beach. Floating dock with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Planned salmon. One fish is included in the rent, then 100 kr/salmon. Rowboat is included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely aside, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, tv room, bathroom. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

Bus to Centrum takes 17 minutes, arena town 12 minutes. Departures every 20 minutes. Free parking at the apartment There is a 120 bed and a 90 bunk bed. The sofa in the living room is 90cm wide and 175cm long. There is no window in the bedroom. The staircase is steep, but walkable. The apartment is in the garage building.

Het is gelegen in een prachtig gebied in Småland met heel veel meren, heuvels en bossen, er zijn badplaatsen met steigers en strandjes om lekker te kunnen zwemmen, vissen en varen. Er zijn verschillende wandelroutes en steden in de buurt zoals Växjö. Het huisje ligt vlak naast een natuurgebied en is heerlijk rustig gelegen, wil jij ook kunnen ervaren om “offgrid” te kunnen wonen?

Lake House at Skälsnäs Mansion in Småland

On a peninsula of the famous Lake Helga in Småland, with a rich fish population, forests and an abundance of animals, we rent out a lake house directly on the lake. Horses and sheep graze on the property, which was once owned by Gustav Wasa. Dogs (max. 2) are welcome, at a cost of € 12 per dog/night. A boat (4.5 hp motor) can be hired for €50/day including fuel. You can also rent our ‘Guesthouse’ (see there) and ‘Brygghus’ (see there), both with lake view.
