We offer our fresh guesthouse with a sleeping loft (not standing height). Large living room with a sofa bed and a dining area for six people. There is proximity to Lycke Golf Club, Tofta Manor, Stall Tofta with pleasure riding for Icelandic horses. Nature reserve, swimming and fishing. The archipelago around the area is perfect for canoeing and kayaking. Marstrand is only 15 minutes by car and 35 minutes to Gothenburg.

It is within walking distance to a saltwater beach. Those interested in sport fishing can get great tips from us. The cottage has an open floor plan with a sleeping alcove. The kitchen is fresh and fully equipped. The bathroom is fully tiled and contains toilet, shower, and washing machine. Outside, there is a cozy and private patio with barbecue and furniture, and a lawn for e.g. kubb games.

The apartment is on the first floor of the large house and is 90 m2 with lake views from almost all rooms. Directly outside the apartment there is a terrace of 150 m2 with exit from almost all rooms. 2 bedrooms with 180 cm double beds, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with single bed 90 cm, two of the bedrooms have their own toilet, There is also a larger bathroom with toilet and shower.

Fully equipped kitchen. No wifi but coverage for 4G is good. Bed for 4-5 adults. 3 beds are 90 cm wide and 2 beds are 120 cm wide. NOTE: Tenant brings own sheets, towels and cleans himself.

Less than a minute away, you have access to your morning dip. We built our house on a cliff near the water. This is the ultimate place for all couples who want to relax and enjoy the sun, wind and water, but due to the steep cliffs it is not suitable for children.
