Welcome to our unique home in Rönnäng, Tjörn. Our self contained apartment of 25m2 is located right on the water with a fantastic view of Dyrön, Åstol, Marstrand & the western sea. The apartment has one smaller bedroom with a single bed. A room with kitchenette, dining area & a sofa bed for 2 people. One bathroom with toilet & shower. Access to terrace with chairs & table. 150 meters to Kåreviks swimming area with sandy beach & diving tower. 500 meters to grocery store. 1 km to Restaurants & the ferry location to Åstol & Dyrön.

Fantastic house at beautiful Dyrön.

Our house is situated high and with a sea view. On the top floor there are four bedrooms with a double bed in three of them. The fourth has a single bed with an extra bed. There is a big room with a large sofa for hanging out with the family or friends or just enjoying the fantastic view. On the first floor there is a large kitchen with a dining area and a sofa for relaxing or socialising. On this floor there is a large bathroom. In the basement there is another bathroom. Garden is beautiful.

Less than a minute away, you have access to your morning dip. We built our house on a cliff near the water. This is the ultimate place for all couples who want to relax and enjoy the sun, wind and water, but due to the steep cliffs it is not suitable for children.
