Nice, small 1-bedroom apartment with short distance to grocery store and about 15min to walk into the city center. Has everything you need and Christian was always friendly and welcoming when we had any questions. Recommended!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Jeff’s apartment. It was very relaxing, comfortable, and a perfect location. It is in a beautiful area with a lot of charming details. The apartment was perfect for the four of us, and we had a great time. We highly recommend it.

Maybe the cleanest and tidy apartment we have borrowed. The host responded immediately with questions. Lots of towels, coffee pods, etc. The apartment is newly renovated and modern, and appears very welcoming. Heated and ready jacuzzi was a highlight! Will definitely be back!

This is a lovey ground floor apartment which is the owner's home (they moved out during the stay) so there's a lovely homely feeling. There was plenty of space for the three of us and for dinner guests. There is a well-equipped kitchen together with a comfortable lounge, separate dining area and two bedrooms.

Can we give six stars? Lovely house&apt, what a view to lakeside. Peace and calm. We met both Jan and Julianne and had nice conversation. They are experienced hosts of our age. Nice to share Airbnb stories. Apartment was perfect for old couple. Easy check-in, full kitchen & bathroom. Special thanks for bed. Recommendation: walk down to the lakeside and beach. very nice accommodation, in modern top condition! very good info from marcus, no worries at all! extra fun that the host actually lives there himself (not at the same time), personal stuff, and not just a 'earn-money house'. this made our icebug WestCoastTrail experience perfect! thank you!

Very cozy and nice house, place, host! Everything was simple and perfect. I had such a great time and will be happy to come back to Margaret and the house and terrace! I slept in the apartment upstairs, where she herself lives, because everything I needed was a bed place there because of family emergency and just took the first thing I found, but ended up with a lovely mini vacation and a new friend :) So quiet and lovely place, but folly use the whole apartment with the lovely living room, the lovely terrace with sun and rocks in the garden. Everything was so perfectly cozy, comfortable, convenient and simple. Everything works, good network, the house was easy to find, spotlessly clean, in quiet side road, easy to park, and Margaret so quick to respond, helpful and pragmatic. I had a relaxing evening on the terrace, sleeping 9 hours, in the best bedding I've ever known, which turned out to be Egyptian cotton, delicious shower, morning sun and cozy coffee with Margaret, just perfect - <3 thank you so much!

Incredibly great apartment in a quiet neighborhood right by Fredrikstadmarka and within walking distance to the city center. Here you live close to everything but at the same time quiet and secluded. Great 2 bedroom apartment with a nice patio. Here it was much nicer than the pictures express:-) Big plus for a very nice and welcoming host; highly recommend Lars and the apartment!
