The unit was as described and very cozy. Comfortable bed and good location. The host was very responsive and helpful. I had an issue that she helped me work out and was very accommodating with. I would stay here again but the neighbours were extremely noisy, so keep that in mind. Nothing the host can do about that though.

Mixed-Use Complex There’s a grocery store and casual dining on the first floor, plus a kids’ café on the second—so convenient! Friendly Host The host is amazing—responds to messages within 5 minutes!

The place is very homey. You can find everything that you need in the kitchen. Sir Manuel is very responsive in all my queries. The place is also near and accessible. There is a parking space with minimal fee. The place is clean and quiet. We also enjoy the big tv with netflix. Wifi connection is also in great speed. No problem with our stay. Definitely will book again in our future stay. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of staying at a condo in Cebu, and it was an exceptional experience. The unit was modern, clean, and well-equipped, offering all the comforts of home. The amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, and 24/7 security, added to the overall convenience and peace of mind.

Fantastic place. Very spacious and great views. The best view I ever had sitting on a toilet. Huge window in bathroom. Location is good with 7-11 next door, coffee shop and few restaurants within a short walk. Highly recommend this place. Only complaint would be the shower head in the master bath. For such a nice place I should not have to hold the shower head in my hand while taking a shower. The tub did not have hot water for my 2 yr old to take a bath so we had to fill buckets to pour into the bath from shower. However this would not prevent me from staying again. Also great pool and decent playground area that my daughter enjoyed.

I was glad that the host approved my checkin request. We had a comfortable stay again in this unit. Will surely come back when we are in Cebu again.

We stayed for more than a week and it was all worth it! The host is very responsive. Maybe my only recommendation is that it needs a microwave especially since it requires longer booking reservations and a reliable netflix account. Overall, I recommend this place. 😊

The place was very clean when we arrived. The unit smells good and has complete appliances. Toiletries, water, and coffee were provided as well. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in certain corners of the unit, but it wasn’t a big deal for us since we weren’t working remotely or streaming heavily. Overall, it was a great stay—clean, stylish, and in a convenient location. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, the view from the balcony was outstanding! The kitchen was really good & was easily able to cook rice & side dish with the pots & rice cooker! The TV was really good also with Netflix, Disney plus & YouTube a really good bonus having these extra apps. The location of the apartment is really good & within walking distance of many shops & a big metro mall that also has many restaurants & a food court. A big thank you also to the reception & door staff who were very helpful though out my stay. There is also a really good bakery on the ground floor, were you can also get breakfast & lunch. This apartment I highly recommend.

The place is conveniently located in IT Park, right across from Ayala Central Bloc Mall. We've stayed in a few other Airbnbs in the area, and this tower was by far the nicest. The gym was well-equipped and air-conditioned—a rare find. The unit itself was clean, modern, and spacious. The host was responsive and kindly allowed us to check in a bit early, which we really appreciated. Everything worked well, and we had a very comfortable stay.
