Brand new and modernly equipped bungalow with terrace, parking and direct access to the water. Access from the parking lot to the bathroom and bedroom is barrier-free. Families with children will find a refuge and plenty of space for children's games. Fishing enthusiasts will also find everything they need here. 100m from the bungalow there is a bistro with excellent beer and something to eat. 1 km away there is a large swimming pool with beach volleyball and water games and a playground for the little ones.

Meyana Lake Manor

Experience a 'Secluded Forest Retreat' with our comfortable high ceiling rooms facing the pond and forest. All rooms have private bathrooms and are furnished with antique furnitures, Tempur beds with 100% cotton sheets and towels, all custom woven for Meyana. The building was build in 1885 and was completely renovated in 2017. Since the building is made of masonry, it is cool in summers and warm in winters. Pure nature enjoyment at the edge of the forest! A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sporting activities. The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.
