It was my personal care, as an architect, to renovate this apartment so that the guest can experience the true spirit of Marina di Pisa, taking care of the furnishings, and all the finishes. Possibility to park the car inside the condominium courtyard, without paying for parking on the street.

To these it is possible to add a bed in the living room (sofa bed), a camping bed and a Montessori bed (for children from 1 to 3 years).

And just 200 metres away is the historic Bagni Pancaldi, to enjoy a nice dip in the sea!
