We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

A great find for a short stay before boarding the ferry to Corsica. Francesco was very helpful with clear instructions. Extremely comfortable bed. Good parking and all as described.

My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

We enjoyed 4 magical days in Gloria's beautiful home. The gardens are exceptional and there are so many lovely spaces to enjoy the view! Would highly recommend to any future travellers. We met both Francesco and Gloria and they couldn't have been more helpful!

Laura's accommodation is very nice and furnished with love. There were four of us as a family and we liked it very much. Especially the proximity to the beach, about 5 minutes is awesome. It is also a good starting point for excursions, e.g. to Pisa. Laura is a very friendly person, we would come back anytime.

This apt really exceeded our expectations. Location was great and view spectacular. There are 4 floors of stairs to climb so one should take that into consideration.

Alessio's accommodation was almost ideal for our beach days in Tuscany. Supermarket and good restaurants are within walking distance. Great sandy beaches are just a few minutes' drive away. We did not use the beach in Marina di Pisa. We were consistently at the free Orange Beach in Tirrenia. The amenities were excellent. Alessio's communication and helpfulness are particularly noteworthy! The only negative point is the very loud closing entrance doors of the house and the neighbouring apartment. But that only bothers you if the couch is used as a second bed. We had a great time and thank Alessio for his hospitality!

Great apartment, very spacious with a great terrace and everything one needs. Everything worked and really enjoyed the place. The beds were comfortable and the decore was very nice. Luca was very attentive and caring via message.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment and Maria is a great and very friendly host. At the check-in Maria showed us the apartment and came with local recommendations. We came by car and it was not a problem for us to find parking. The apartment was very clean and had all necessities. Thank you Maria for making us feel like home, we would definitely stay there again.

Alessandro was very kind, our train was delayed and there was no problem with the check-in, he greeted us personally and gave us all the instructions about the place. The place is very nice and organized and has all the amenities and services of the ad, it is located in a nice neighborhood to visit. It's a very good place to stay. Recommended.

Amazing apartment with fantastic frescos. It was like being in a fairytale. Beautiful. Giovanni accommodates our late arrival and gave us clear directions on where we could park. Highly recommend if you are interested in history and want to explore Florence and Pisa but not stay in a touristy location. The people in the town were very nice and helpful. A gentleman sitting in front of the apartment escorted us to the little mini market across the street and made recommendations. The woman in the shop was also very pleasant and helpful.

Good price quality ratio, apartment was clean, neat and well maintained. Everything was present. Host responds quickly. We found the neighborhood only slightly less but it was very quiet and within 10 minutes walk you are in the center. Instructions to enter for both apartment and parking are very clear.

Pietro is a wonderful host. Collected us from the Airport , arranged a taxi when we left. gave lots of useful recommendations. the apartment was super clean and comfortable. It's on a busy road, so don't expect it to be quiet! Great views from the outdoor seating balcony space. we had a great time in Pisa 😁

We were in Livorno to meet our son who is working onboard a cargo ship; unfortunately his itinerary changed and he did not arrive into Livorno until we had left but we still had a great break. Our flight into Pisa was a late evening flight and so having the flexibility of the key lockbox was very helpful and meant we did not need to disturb anyone so late at night. Parking is on street and due to our late time, we did have to park and walk but only a few minutes. We managed to move our hire car closer to the apartment the following day and did not have any issues with this. The apartment itself is very spacious but also feels welcoming and was clean and tidy. Everything we needed was provided and Davide also sent us lots of information regarding local restaurants, shops and bars. We used the local trains to visit Florence, La Spezia and Pis, the train station is only a 15 minute walk. There's also a great local bus service if you want to go into Livorno too. 5 stars

Pauline was very helpful, and the apartment was beautiful and clean. The location is very quiet, but walkable to everything in the area. The patio is a shared patio, but we were the only ones ever there. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was lovely and well located. Elisa was very helpful and and an excellent communicator. A thoroughly enjoyable experience all round.

Lucca is such a beautiful, vibrant and historic place, and Leandro’s apartment certainly added to the amazing few days we had there. Leandro was always responsive where needed, with clear instructions as to how to find the apartment, and a very detailed guest book detailing the local restaurants and landmarks. The apartment itself is totally spotless, with modern furniture throughout. There is plenty of space as well as a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I fully recommend Leandro’s apartment, and if we are lucky enough to return to Lucca, we would have no hesitation to come back here.

A very nice apartment in a great location to walk around and enjoy the city. We had a really nice time in Pisa, and this was a perfect base from which to explore.
