Appartamento al 3 piano senza ascensore, comodo per 2 persone più 1/2 figli, una camera matrimoniale, una camerina e un divano letto in salotto. Due balconi uno in camera e uno in cucina. Salotto con angolo cottura. Posto bici interno, parcheggio auto gratuito lungo la strada. Al costo va aggiunta la tassa di soggiorno richiesta dal Comune di Pisa che ammonta a 4 euro al giorno ad appartamento. Le spiagge attrezzate sono raggiungibili a piedi in circa 5/10 minuti. Appartamento con ventilatori.

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.
