Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tinjan

Our group of five had a very nice stay at this location. Nothing to complain. The Host and Co-Host were very friendly. We can imagine to come back one day.

What a fantastic stay! The accommodations were wonderful with comfortable beds, a great terrace, and ample space for our family of 5. However, the best part was the connections with Elizabeta’s family and others in the town. We can’t say enough about how welcoming and wonderful everyone was! We would 100% stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

We were a family of four with two children in this house. We didn't miss anything. The accommodation was not only beautifully decorated, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage was in his garden was no problem at all. We had absolute privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

I would recommend Branka’s place to anyone looking for a place to have as a base for exploring Istria. Place was clean, everything was as described and check in was very easy.

I am very attentive to cleanliness and Ante's apartment was really clean and tidy; it is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including the kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. Ante was available and the stay was great.

Jens is a nice, quick to respond host. The house has been renovated and furnished with a lot of love and care. Delicious base for Motovun, Oprtalj, and Porec. Fantastic starting point for beautiful tours with the racing bike with altimeters to choose from. My wife and I really enjoyed it!

We were passing through for 4 nights at Bojana's. We were very nicely received, even the dog Sarah of her parents was happy. The apartment is beautifully furnished, especially the bathroom with the infrared sauna is nice to relax in the evening. The kitchen and bedroom are well equipped, the bed was comfortable. In the living room, there is a large fireplace, but only a small couch, chilling on the sofa for two is not really possible. Outside there is a small bench and an armchair with a table, a few sun loungers would be even cooler. We had cosy evenings with Sarah (dog) with a picnic blanket. Overall, we were very satisfied and can recommend it with a clear conscience.

We felt very comfortable with Emanuela from minute 1. Everything was clean and exactly like the photos. The garden was great and everything is done with a lot of love. We would definitely come back :)

Pero's place was perfect for us with easy parking, all the amenities you might need and captivating views from the deck. Close enough to Opatija and Rijeka but still a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

A fine apartment in a really beautiful and peaceful place. The beach was conveniently close (1km) and also a hiking trail. The apartment was really cozy and clean and we had a great time there!

Nice night in a very quiet neighborhood. The only downside is that dogs are not allowed in the garden, and the neighbourhood is not ideal for walking them. There are many houses that have a dog and you can't pass by without waking everyone up...

We had a wonderful week in this fantastic Airbnb! The house is rustic and charming on the outside, but ultra-modern on the inside – a perfect combination of cosiness and comfort. We really lacked nothing: everything was sparkling clean, well-equipped and designed with great attention to detail. The pool was a real highlight – very well maintained and ideal for relaxing. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet, ideal for unwinding. We would like to especially highlight the host Mario, who was incredibly friendly, helpful and always quickly available. You feel immediately welcome and well looked after. We can fully recommend this place and will be happy to come back!

We had a super nice stay in Ivana's villa. There were four of us with two dogs and we had a relaxing holiday. Since the villa is completely fenced, the dogs were able to jump around wonderfully. In addition, the interior was super nice and luxurious. We will be happy to come back!

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away, because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic. Just relax! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

Daniela and Korado welcomed us very kindly and first gave us a tour of the property. All communication was very friendly, uncomplicated and fast. Everything was as described and the view from the terrace is simply magnificent; the large pool was not only refreshing, but you could also swim in it very well. We had a wonderful time at the accommodation and felt very comfortable. We highly recommend the house and Daniela and Korado as hosts.

We were able to book the accommodation at Silvana's at very short notice and everything went extremely smoothly. The on-site contact with Sandro was super friendly and always super fast. We loved the tranquility, the large pool, and the fenced garden with our dogs. The only downside is the distance (about 20/25 minutes) to the sea. We definitely recommend the place:)

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Our stay at Villa ZEL was great. Located in the heart of Istria, the villa is an ideal starting point for trips around the region. It is also extremely comfortable for relaxing indoors or around the pool. The accommodation is clean, nicely designed and well equipped. Leana was always available online. We would definitely come back again.
