The unit is clean with a secured parking area within the compound. Location is walking distance to Levitown market, restaurants and S&R. The host is responsive and Mam Beth is amazing.

This is a great house for a long term staycation, 15 minutes from downtown, in a gated and private subdivision. The area is safe and secluded, with guards at both entrances. All amenities for short or long term accomodations are included; we stayed 3 weeks. Your own private transportation is *highly recommended*, as local rideshare is not available in the immediate area and/or hard to book. Foodpanda is available. However, there are usually tricycles hanging around in the main front gate. Host is responsive and we enjoyed our 3 weeks here. I would stay here again, 10/10.

A wonderful large home that can cater for many more people than we had! Our host went over and above expectations as we had a scheduled brown out (electricity was down for maintenance) on our last day and she found us an alternative house to stay outside of the area for our last night Our first time in the Philippines and it did not disappoint!

Very nice interior of the house with rustic country vibe theme and its cold, the rooms are very nice and clean, the master's bedroom has a spacious t&b and there is heated water everywhere in the house. The place is wazeable though expect that u will be passing thru farm land but thats what make the place private and quiet. We will definitely be coming back. Thank u to our gracious host

Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! We had an 18-day stay at the house, and it was exceptionally comfortable and relaxing. The location is very accessible, with dining options nearby. The owner was courteous and easy to communicate with. Overall, the place deserves a 5-star rating.

I especially appreciated the stylish design of the house. There's also a large outdoor area, perfect for parking or other activities. The location is very convenient—just a short distance from the floating cottages, making it easily accessible. The host was responsive and flexible, even allowing us to check in early. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and definitely money well spent.

its our second time here and we loved it! Maricel's place is already our go to place everytime we come home from Singapore. Her place is very beautiful. She and her husband is very accommodating and very friendly. They always check on us if we are comfortable and if we need anything. The short stay was great. We were able to relax in Ellen’s place after a hectic get together with family in the area. Clean. Airconditioning was on point especially in Batangas😊

Celebrated my bestfriend's bridal shower in Patty's place and we had an amazing night! The place was so cozy, peaceful, and very private. The view in this place was superb! A few php more than others in Botangas City but the location and neighborhood are worth it, combined with the amenities and convenience of the hotel right next door.
