Wir möchten, dass Ihr Euren Alltag einfach mal hinter Euch lassen könnt und Euch in unseren Ferienwohnungen wohl fühlt. Daher legen wir großen Wert auf eine hochwertige Ausstattung. Haustiere sind ebenfalls in einigen Ferienwohnungen herzlich willkommen. Achtung: Die Wohnungen A + B unterscheiden sich nicht von der Ausstattung oder vom Stil. Lediglich der Blick nach draußen kann minimal abweichen.

Welcome to Solaris Studio Timmendorfer Strand your stylish retreat for relaxing days by the sea. The bright, newly renovated Japandi-style studio offers peace, comfort and atmosphere. Relax in the spacious living area with king-size sofa, sleep restfully in the box spring bed and enjoy cozy evenings in the fully equipped kitchen. On the balcony with beach chair and lounge sofa, you can unwind wonderfully even in the cooler season. Beach, cafes and boutiques are very close.

Exclusive secluded location on a stud farm

In this rural idyll with modern comforts, you can experience special moments close to nature. Far away from the hustle and bustle, but in the vicinity of popular highlights of the region (Baltic Sea, water sports, culture, shopping, etc.), you can enjoy a unique day at our stud farm. The family's horse breeding tradition is centuries old. You are also welcome to bring your horse and enjoy lessons up to the highest class - or just the remarkable East Holstein hill landscape.

Vacation home between the lakes

Located in the idyllic small town of Eutin (Fissau), about 300 meters from the Kellersee. SUP or bike tours, hiking or walking, canoeing and much more is possible right outside the door. Surrounded by picturesque Holstein Switzerland, between a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings. It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

Bright tiny house with nature view

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

Apartment Mehrblick, Travemünde

Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

Exclusive beach villa on the Baltic Sea in 1st row. In the first sea line you will find a beach villa of the luxury class. The 125-year-old villa "Goldmädchen" was renovated in 2021. The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments with direct sea views. The duplex apartment has a loft-like living, sleeping and dining area with a king-size bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom, another bedroom and a terrace facing the sea.

Ferienhaus Ohana Mani

Relax with the whole family on one floor with a large garden. The house was completely renovated and lovingly refurbished between 2021 and 2023. The large, covered terrace including sitting area, outdoor fireplace, barbecue, darts and sauna leaves nothing to be desired even in the rain. Niendorf harbor, beach, Edeka, bird park and Hemmelsdorfer lake are in walking distance. A wheelbarrow is available for excursions.

This bright, air-conditioned apartment with a spacious south-facing terrace is on the 3rd floor and is reached via stairs. The furnishings are in Scandinavian style, with designer furniture, trinkets and the original plank floors. A crib and high chair are available. The old town is a few minutes' walk away, as are the Elbe-Lübeck Canal, the Wakenitz, pizzeria, bakery, weekly market, supermarket and organic shop.

Villa Kleine Auszeit - Starfish

In the new building Villa Kleine Auszeit is this modern apartment that can be your home with fresh sea air on Timmendorfer Strand for a few days. Quietly located in a good neighborhood and only 6 minutes walk (about 500 meters as the crow flies) to the sea. Directly at the house there is a private parking space to the apartment. The Kastanienallee bus stop with lines 40, 500 & 501 is a 4-minute walk.

Tiny House mit Kamin

Here you can book a 10 m² tiny house with a small kitchen and integrated bathroom. For cold evenings, there is a fireplace in addition to the underfloor heating. The accommodation is hidden between apple, pear, plum and walnut trees in our garden. The tiny house is biologically insulated with wood wool, clad from the inside with profiled wood and from the outside with larch wood from the region.

Relax in this unique and beautifully located place. Here you can actively explore nature on forest walks and bike tours, swimming in the nearby lake, or relaxing in the hammock in the large fruit tree garden, by the crackling campfire under the stars. If it gets cold and uncomfortable, a sauna house is also available on request.
